A home run on every level. Found Pandenus in a NY Times article about a travel advisor versus AI. The AI recommendation was my originally booked hotel but the writer LOVED Pandenus compared to the expensive, touristy option and I concur. Saved me $1,000 over a 3 night stay. Great, immaculate beautifully designed room.....nicer than the fancy Bellagio resort room we just came from. Breakfast in the restaurant below was perfect, comfortable bed, great bath products and the location in the Brera can't be beat! Communication was excellent......I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Perfect location for metro and close to some lovely shops, restaurants and bars. Decorated to high standard, bathroom fantastic and nice touch with the Juliette balcony

The only thing missing for us was tea bags and milk - but we just went and bought those with no issues. We had a slight confusion when booking out which made us leave on a bit of a sour note - a member of staff wanted to charge for breakfast each day - we booked the room on the basis that it said breakfast included.

Rooms are very nice, very stylish! I like it so much. Big bathroom. During working days there was no party and at 22:00 in a evening it was quite. I would recomend this place for friends. Metro just half minute to walk. 25 minutes to walk by feet. Everything very close to hotel. I love it!!!!

Only one thing was not good, Breakfast :( the breakfast very very poor. Just dry sendwich’s and eags. One room for 2 person during the breakfast can spend only 30€. Its not enought for have normal breakfast because eggs cost 12 €, fresh juice 5,50€ and STOP. I had room for two but I was alone, so was okey. But for two person its not a breakfast :( food not tasty :( i leave the picture of bill for breakfast and room. Anyway - I RECOMEND THIS GODGESS PLACE TO STAY!

Locanda pandenus was the perfect start to our honeymoon! The place is cute and easy to locate(right above pandenus) and you just check in at the cafe downstairs. It’s just a short 10 minute walk to the duomo and shopping(Chanel, Gucci, Rolex, etc.) For night time there is an entire street of bars just around the corner which all looked popping and amazing. And if you landed late night like us, rossopomodoro is just across the street for good pizza. Every morning we just grabbed an espresso and croissant(free with rental) Would definitely comeback.

It didn’t bother us, but you can hear everyone outside eating and drinking at night. May be an issue for light sleepers, but again it didn’t bother us.

Amazing room, great decor and facilities. Location is perfect, bang opposite the metro station.

This is a very busy place with lots of cafes so it could get noisy. The cafe downstairs is great but weren't told very clearly on our breakfast allowance included in our stay, so we endes up paying excess of 15 euros inspite of 30 euro voucher. Nevertheless the breakfast was great and I would still say we'll worth it. Iron box would have been great, given they had almost everything thing else needed.

The location was perfect for a short trip, close to the metro and able to walk to most things. Our room (51) was beautifully decorated, a good size, lovely bathroom & seating area. This is not a hotel but lovely rooms above a nice cafe. Cafe staff were delightful. Small, good quality breakfast included. Lots of style and comfort, v good value

Its in a nightlife area and is noisy at night so be prepared. There is nowhere to leave your luggage so the staff have to cram it into a corner in the cafe below. It would be great if they could set up a secure locker for pre checkin/post checkout.

It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Location is great as well right across from the metro entrance. Breakfast was also of very good value and delicious. Staff were all very friendly and provides prompt service!

It's not your typical hotel check-in. It was a bit tricky for me to find where to check-in (just with the restaurant downstairs where you would have breakfast). But people were all very helpful so it is not a huge problem.

Room was roomy, stylish, comfortable and quiet. Included breakfast from cafe downstairs was tasty. Great location, easy walk to Duomo and very convenient to Moscova metro station and a taxi stand directly across the street.

WiFi was not connected to the internet for the duration of our stay. Also, after our first night, housekeeping left us with only one bath towel, which we didn't discover until morning when in a rush to get to the airport.

It felt like our own little apartment and was so comfortable. The location was perfect and staff were lovely and so helpful.

Location was excellent - close to historic sites and had metro stop right out the front door. Easy to get around Milan and to Malpensa. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Even though the area was quite busy, the room was quiet with the windows shut and the air conditioning on. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Great shower.
