The staff were all very helpful, check-in was smooth and easy. We had a slight issue that the room had been made up as a double instead of a twin, but that was fixed within a couple of hours of arrival and didn't cause any problems. Our room was very clean and was attended to every day of our stay. Toiletries were well stocked and towels replaced daily (although we'd have been fine if it was every 2nd day). Air conditioning worked well (it was 35C most days, so a/c was needed) and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. There was a French school group there during our stay and they were incredibly well behaved, so we hardly heard them at all. Likewise, a German tour group arrived and were also very quiet. We both enjoyed the food here - breakfast was typical of the area with bread, cold cuts, cheese, cereal and cake/pastries. Dinners we found varied and plentiful with a nice choice each evening and we hadn't expected four courses! Drinks in the hotel were also reasonable at 5 Euro for a large bottle of Birra Moretti. The location is excellent, right next to the Tettucci, close to the Tamerici and a very short walk to the Funiculare to visit Montecatini Alto. Only a 15 minute walk from the train station and it didn't feel like it was uphill until the last few minutes where it gets a little steeper at the side of the park. We would stay here again if we had the opportunity to visit Montecatini as it's a great base for exploring much of Tuscany.

The hotel is very basic but exceptionally clean, great location, you can walk to the major attractions easily. The food was basic but plentiful, infact almost too much! But the best part of my stay were the staff and I'd like to say a big thank you to Federica, Martina, Mario, Vincenzo, Grazia and especially Tinkerbelle (Angela) who works incredibly hard and always with a smile and a friendly little chat. Thanks!

A bit noisy one night because of a group of students but Federica from reception got that sorted out!

nothing however what I would like to mention for others looking to book is just to mention that in regards to the Sita bus from Amalfi which you have to catch to get to Agerola then make sure you ask the driver to stop when you see you are approaching close on the map otherwise it will take you to Agerola main bus stop.

The location is very near to the funicular

I thought the pool was open. I don’t think pools open until end of May beginning of June

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but not so varied.

The rooms are a little bit old for the prices. Also, the temperature in the room was low, so cold. The breakfast was ok.

Adequate breakfast, nice staff, they waited until 0130 for us to check in. Value for money

I loved the location and the staff. In particular the receptionist whose name I didn’t catch , but he was very helpful and tried his best to make us happy.

Parking was available. Stuff is nice and helpful. Sit in the pool as long as sun is behind the mountain. Balcony saves the evening.

Worst coffee on our trip. Instant coffee in Italy should be banned. Room was tiny, on the 4th floor, under the roof, if possible don't take rooms starting from 90, heat is wild.

So noisy we left after 3 nights despite paying for 7. Received several rude messages from the hotel and Booking.com have compensated us for only one of the nights - which is not good enough. Both the hotel and booking.com are now ignoring my messages. If I could give 0/10 I would. The hotel is dreadful, there is no sound insulation - we could hear people next door snoring. After 3 nights of no sleep we'd had enough and left. In addition to the noise, I'm so shocked by the rudeness of the hotel. It's not good enough - yes we payed for a cheap hotel so we expected it to be a bit grimy (which it is - the shower is ridiculously small, the bathroom had mould and there were cigarette burns on the patio table) but we overlooked that. It was simply the noise, every hour of the night. As far as I'm concerned, the hotel or booking.com need to pay us back for the 4 nights we lost. I honestly feel like they have stolen my money.
