Excellent breakfast. Personal approach. Willing to help. Parking. BUT...

Unfortunately the hotel is still being modernized. Neither the pool nor the sauna were accessible. We were given standard room eventhough we book comfort. Room was very small, on contrary bathroom very spacious. A lot of mosquitoes that got to us probably through the air conditioning. Plenty of dust under the bed.

Very nice and beautiful hotel with a old school vibe. Food was really good and everything was clean and nice. Free charging of electric cars was a nice touch. Staff in general were very helpful. Details were on point. Welcome drink. Luggage carried to room. Free footrub. At the current price it really is a gem, would love to go back when it's completely ready.

Wifi was a bit slow and choppy. Mosquitoes in the room (no idea how they got in, windows were never opened). And the room was a bit minimal sizewise. The hotel is not currently all ready (just opened again after renovations), so the pool was not opened, and some parts of hotel were under construction.

The room, the service (was mostly good although sometimes not very responsive or available) the spa facilities. Also the restaurant food for dinner was very good!

The outside pool is too shady and not enough sun beds, the garden unkept and not very inviting - overall lack of staff, you had to go and look for them to order a drink or coffee.

friendly staff, definitely our favourite hotel in Montecatini (and we've stayed in a few!) so will only be staying here from now on. Nice breakfast, beautiful modern rooms.

If I HAD to find something negative, it can take a while to get used to some of the decor as the more "modern" quirks (wooden/mdf-looking boarding) can sometimes make it look a little unfinished

Recently renovated, super beautiful hotel, fresh, spacious, clean . Close to Montecatini Terme #1 attraction- the Terme. Room was spacious and super clean, bed comfortable with luxurious bed sheets. beautifully decorated bathroom with luxurious toiletries. Super delicious breakfast with best foods Tuscany can offer. All in one, outstanding property that made my stay enjoyable and so pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Bistro staff was not up to par compared to the rest of the staff and accomodation in general. Could use some extra friendliness organization and attention to details actually more than just details

Luxury look alike hotel. Good cooling system in hotel room. Free big parking area next to hotel. There are dogs allowed. Helpful staff.

Only one cup of coffee in breakfast included in price. You have to pay from another cup of coffee. No swimming pool. Small room. Every texts and guides only in Italian (no English).

The rooms are very comfortable and it’s the best choice for a weekend. The spa zone was perfect even should be a little more systemized. The massage services are very good and the specialist of the massage center are amazing !!

The internal part of the way to the Spa from the room should be organized better and the gym should have a better position.

Very good staff, a quiet location, and a very clean hotel.

We booked our stay for 6 nights and the breakfast was the same every day, so it was a little bit annoying. The hotel has only an outdoor swimming pool. There was no sound insulation in the rooms.
