Clean, neat, easy access. Great location. After going in person to office to complete forms, walked 20 blocks to my room. In back of palazzo, so very peaceful. All amenities were provided. Great shower! Happy for last minute, convenient accommodation. Grazie!

Note: on line forms are suspect 🤔aka English translation is suspicious and made me hesitant to complete form on line i.e. sex-male or female was written as "bad" (male in Italian) or female-doh! ClaPa needs to review and update forms (in English, at least) to command correctness and confidence! Thank you. Lastly, elevator going up cost 10 euro. Didn't have any change...

Easy access to the train station and the commuter train. Good places to eat and once you head into old Naples, it’s beautiful 🤩 Checking in in a different location was new to us, but the welcome was warm and friendly and the lady behind the desk was really helpful (even letting us check in early as we hadn’t been able to fill the forms in online) - great service.

The location was bustling and noisy - the immediate environment was quite dirty and there are a lot of street sellers which can make you feel quite vulnerable (that’s not the property’s fault and the service we received was excellent)

Clean room and the staff was very helpful. Easily accesible once we received the keys. The reception for checking in is pretty far from the main station, but the location of the apartment we got, was very close. When we checked out, we just had to leave the keys in the hallway at the apartment, which was convenient.

In the bathroom, in the power outlet, there was a metal pin sticking out from one of the power holes. I am an electrician myself, so I fixed it right away with some gloves, but it is not something that you expect from a hotel like this.

It was good self check in hotel but unlike few other self check in hotels we missed having a small kitchennete or dining area in property. For check in need to travel to different location which wasted our 2 hours time to check in. As such staff and rest of process where good. They also provided electric kettle on our request. Location as such quite good easy 10 minute walk from Napoli central station. Overall still it was good stay but easily it can be made more better I feel.

Check in process to collect keys from different location was not good experience l. Need to arrange a vehicle pick and drop in such case which was not in our case as no car or driver available as it was holiday season. Electric kettle, tea n sugar packets etc could be provided by default. There can be a small common pantry area with microwave Owen.

The hotel was nice, clean and located in a great location.

We did not like the fact it is a 20 minute walk from the reception to the room. The hotel should really provide transport for their guests after they check in.

The administrator helped me check in online and sent detailed instructions how to get into the apartment. cleaning was every day the railway station is 5 minutes walk, as the subway.

Room was very comfortable, very nice place to stay nearby many places such as stores, bars, restaurants, etc.

The place that we need to do the check-in, because the front desk is not locate in the address the place that we are going to stay.

It had all it needed

Maybe just the not having an iron for the clothes, if u’ve been keeping them in a bag or a baggage they have the fold sign kept. It isn’t that big problem, just a tiny stupid thing.

Great location, very clean, safe and the Aircon was amazing! The lady at check in was lovely, would stay again.

The only issue is having to check in out of the way. But that's just being picky

The room was big, clean, the beds were really comfortable. Air conditioning was good. The staff was friendy. We got free transfer from check in place to our room.

Wi-fi wasn't working in our room.
