The Palazzo Corvino is only a short walk from the main station and central for all the points of interest in Palermo. The street entrance is closed off by a large wooden door with a security code required for access. The host, Gabrielle, asks guests to confirm their arrival time, and he was there waiting for us on arrival. On check in, he also provided a lot of useful local information. The room was comfortable and very clean with adequate facilities. Palermo can get very noisy at night until quite late, sometimes all night, so we appreciated the double glazing and air conditioning. This shut out the noise quite effectively. A choice of breakfast was available from 8.30 to 10.00. Rosanna dealt with this very efficiently and afterwards cleaned and serviced the rooms every day, so far as guests required it. She was always helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

Nothing about the Palazzo Corvino, but Palermo itself suffers badly from traffic congestion everywhere, and from giant cruise ships, unloading thousands of passengers into streets not designed for large crowds. The combined effect can make it hard work walking around.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. We received lots of suggestions for places to see and restaurants to try. The Palazzo was in a great location, it was easy to find, and is a 5-7 minute walk from Palermo Centrale. Many sights were also within a short walking distance as well. Our room was very clean. We appreciated the mini fridge very much. The bathroom was well stocked and included a rainfall shower head which was lovely. We opted to have breakfast included with our stay. There was cereal, yogurt, fruit, and juices as well as coffee and tea. We also had fresh pastries each morning. We were very happy with our stay. The staff were very accommodating and we felt very welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

We liked everything!

The property is amazing, clean and literally in the centre. You can reach all attractions by foot, everything is walkable distance. The staff is amazing, Gabriele has been super helpful giving us indications and instructions on surrounding areas and where to eat. Rosanna as well, polite and accommodating. When I’m back to Palermo, I will definitely book again.

The only down side, it was the parking because it wasn’t mentioned that it was a paying parking (£15 per day)

everything is nice over there but I really appreciated the location, being at the very centre of the old town. Also Palazzo Corvino is near the central train station and not far from the main historical facilities like the Cattedrale and Palazzo dei Normanni. My room was very big and the bed comfortable. Each room has its own toilet with shower. Even if the neighbourhood is full of people in the night, the room has thick windows which prevent any noise. So I slept very well. Breakfast is reach and full of typical Sicilian food. It was really easy to find the building and at the hall there is Gabriele or his collaborators to provide all the necessary information over the city and place to visit.

Excellent location in the old town but difficult to find initially - even for a local taxi driver. The room was basic and comfortable as was the breakfast whose timing was really set for tourists not for business people that needed to make an early start but help yourself was permitted. Good WiFi and controllable quiet air conditioning. Staff were very good and helpful despite some language difficulties.

Access was an initial challenge - travel light if you stay here. Some improved guidance for first-time visitors would help.

Gabriele was a very friendly welcoming host, keen to share his knowledge and provide recommendations of where to visit and dinners options. Provided very clear detailed info on areas of city to visit during the day and safe areas to explore in the evenings. Excellent location in very safe neighbourhood, central to main sights and lots of lively bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Room very spacious with extremely comfy bed and excellent quality memory foam pillows.

Breakfast available all day for coffee and snacks. As part of a inner city palace you felt you were living in Palermo (if only for a few days) and not staying in an chain hotel. Everything we wanted to do in Palermo was within walking distance.

Perfect for anyone keen to explore the centre of Palermo. Five minutes walk from the Central Station and accommodation in the evocative older North quarter of Kalsa. Everything is within easy walking distance and real Palermo begins on your balcony. The host Gabriele is exceptionally welcoming and provided the best late-night arrival instructions I have ever received. The room is spacious and traditional - and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally generous and imaginative (e.g. what type of traditional Sicilian pastry would you like today?)

Nothing could be improved - I wish I could have stayed longer. I only have praise for the accommodation.

The B and B was centrally placed for the bus station and all the tourist attractions. There was parking available on site. Aldi was nearby for food shopping. The breakfasts were great. Recommendations for local restaurants were superb.

It was quite hard to find and the label on the doorbell was in small writing. We had to carry our suitcases up quite a few steps

Gabriele is an outstanding host. Not only he gave us amazing tips but was very helpful. Location of the Palazzo is simply perfect - do not rent a car to move around Palermo if you stay here - you can walk everywhere.

The AC is very close, aimed directly at the bed, so it's either too cold if it's on, or too hot on summer days if we keep it off.
