The accommodation is in a good location, the room was very spacious and was simple but well decorated.

There was no kettle so had to warm up the water in the microwave and was a little disappointed with the cleaning of the room. Noticed that you only make the beds and fold the towels. We had coffee the first night and left the cups in the sink, they stayed there for 2 days! You obviously don´t wash any dishes so had to make alternative solution. I have no problem doing the washing up but would appreciate you providing the cleaning products and tea towels for your guests as it is ridiculous to expect your guests to buy cleaning products for a few nights stay, especially when flying in from another country.

Location. Quiet. Large room. Great shower and bath. Bed very comfy. Easy access. Five stars.

Nothing, except it needed a coffee maker which I purchased and left for the next occupant.

I've stayed here twice and would highly recommend it. The suite was spacious, spanning two floors, in great condition & very comfortable - especially the bed. The Wi-Fi was fast, and they provide daily cleaning service. Although the suite had a kitchen, I didn’t use it. The building features an elevator, which is convenient, though it's important to note that there are three steps at the entrance that might make wheelchair access difficult. The location is perfect, situated right in the center of town and close to everything—sightseeing spots, restaurants, shops, and transportation (incl. train station). Overall, my stays were excellent, and I would definitely return here for my future trips.

One small extra is that you need to check in at the Novotel Hotel, which is a few minutes walk, however they do offer a free shuttle if you ask for it. Checking out is easy - just leave the key cards in the apartment. Remember, there's no front desk at the apartment building, so keep your key cards safe from getting wiped, or you'll have to go back to Novotel reception for new ones :)

Excellent check-in at the Novotel, even provided a transfer to the apartment, which although it wasn't a long walk was very much appreciated. Parking at the Novotel very good. Really, really good location. Apartment was spacious, clean and very modern inside, with a lovely old-fashioned street and building

Not a dislike, but from the description it implied the apartment had a washing machine/ dryer, whereas it was a communal facility. Not a problem though, we still made use of it, but it got very busy just as we were finishing our use

Seemed like a little more thought and some personal touches would have helped a lot. kitchenette had no washing up liquid, sponges or cloths. Also no equipment to make coffee. Would have been nice to have the option to have more than one pillow.

Great location in the heart of Parma. As we knew in advance, this location is a half mile from the main Novotel check-in / check-out desk, which is very close to the train station. But once we had moved our luggage in, we were within easy walking distance of everything else, including the departure point for our tour of local parmigiano-reggiano cheese, prosciutto, and balsamic vinegar production facilities, and many excellent restaurants. Great location for a foodie introduction to Parma.

There was a power outage, which dealt with promptly by Novotel's on-call maintenance man.

Central, quiet street (in a renovate antique courtyard), few meters away from shopping street and restaurants. Very large room with separate table & kitchen area. Beautifully furnished, 2 (!) TV screens

Noise Insulation could be improved - voices and TV from other rooms could be sometimes heard. I used the microwave, but a kettle could probably be integrated in the kitchen supply, as it has e requested by many customers, and it is not a huge investment! The air conditioning was switching on randomly/ automatically- probably settings could be adjusted.

There needed to be more explicit explanation as to how to collect the keys. The number of the address did not exist. It turned out to be the Novotel reception for the pick up. Instructions for the collection point were at the property inside a locked courtyard. A 15 minute walk from the Novotel. I called the number provided by the property and luckily heard the word Novotel when they answered the phone in Italian. It is right by the station. Hope this helps future bookers.

Breakfast was not included but the location was amazing close to center of town and great cafes and restaurants, would highly recommend staying here. t The Art gallery and library are just across the street.

The apartment was amazing and it looked like it had just been recently renovated. The only thing I can say is that there was no dish washing liquid and no tee towels in the kitchen and maybe they could have a small milk in the fridge and no bread board.

Apartment itself is great. Location, dining options are fantastic.

Check in is through the local Novotel, the staff were helpful but ignorant of the actual apartment. No washing machine in apartment, no dish washing materials or drying cloth. Our apartment had a strong odour (my wife said of faeces!). This experience could have been so much better.
