The room was modern and spotless, the property consists of two rooms and a shared kitchen. One of the rooms is ensuite the other isn't. It's not close to the tourist attractions but it's right next to a bus stop! The pizza shop nearby is one of the best in Italy! Pizzeria La Paradisea, omg check it out! One thing to note, Italy hasn't fully adopted the European standard electrical outlet, you may need an adaptor for your adaptor..

It was a bit out of the centre but I knew that when I booked, Pisa is so small it's not an issue. There's a supermarket just around the corner and amazing pizza so even my negatives are positive!

This room is actually a two bedrooms apartment with kitchen and bathroom where the bathroom belongs only to the room number two, which we had. The room was big and comfy, kitchen excellent with a huge fridge. Bathroom was a bit awkward since it was close to the other room with guests but manageable. The best part is that it is only 9 min walk from the airport. Breakfast is a bit cold, with food prepared in the fridge and a little capsule coffee machine and a toaster.

lots of traffic noise, a mosquito net on the window would be great, garbage collection early in the morning is very loud, but hey, this is Italy!

This was our last night in a Tuscany. One afternoon visiting Pisa and an early flight the next day. You get a code for the door and can check in and out yourself. Which is great and the system is super easy. Breakfast was prepared and packaged the night before, so we could eat something before leaving early at 7 o'clock. Great coffee as well. Also the location was a short walk from the airport. For the tower of Pisa just walk to the station (also a short walk) and take a bus from there. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is great as it's easy walking distance to the airport and not too far from the central railway station. There is a really nice breakfast choice in the fridge and all in all a nice friendly experience, even though I did not meet anyone. This was my second stay and would definitely recommend.

The entry system is very hi- tech and perhaps 'one digital generation' beyond where it needs to be. Elisa always available on WhatsApp to smooth out any confusion.

Enormous room with everything you need for a short stay. Communal kitchen and great breakfast. It was very close to the airport (8 min walk) and this was perfect for us as we were travelling early in the morning. There was a lot of food and drinks for us to eat for breakfast (self-preparing).

The bathroom was not shared but it was outside the room. You could find people in the kitchen while you were on your way to the bathroom and bother them during the night if you had to use the bathroom while the other guests were sleeping.

Great to have a little apartment instead of just a room..Great to be able to have breakfast when we wanted rather than set times. There was a really good amount of food as well

We arrived late so even though the walk from the airport was quicker than expected the b&b was a bit hard to find..probably because we we expecting a sign outside! . Then it was a bit hard to get into the front door.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The main reason we like it is that it is within walking distance of both the airport and the railway station. All of the facilities we require are in the accommodation and it is spotlessly clean. A good breakfast usually provided. Communication from Elisia is excellent.

Location great, really nicely laid out selection of breakfast items. Elisa also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, especially if needing somewhere very close to the airport.

Only negative was the glass panel that adjoins the two bathrooms. When the people in the other room used their bathroom and put the light on, the light woke me up as I had left out bathroom door open. Not a huge problem, but it did wake me up.

Breakfast was good and got plenty Elise was very friendly and helpful Bed was very comfortable and I felt safe there Spotlessly clean as per my last stay there Nice touches, with biscuits and also local information

The other people used all The coffee pods . So only chocolate left

Location is very good. Airport 600 m, train station 800, Pisa tower and all historical buildings- about 2 km. Bedroom is very spacious, enough with cupboards/shelfs. King-size bed and small sofa. TV and wifi...

It is shared two bedroom apartment. So, there is private bathroom, but shared kitchen and entrance hall. That was a thing i did not expected... But host is friendly and helpful. Very clean.
