We had everything we needed: perfect location close to the airport, to the train station, to a great pizzeria, nice walking distance to the city centre. A pleasant interior, well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and a baby cot. On top of that: smooth communication with the host!

Emanuele was helpful and responsive. Our flight was delayed and we only arrived at 3am, to find other guests in our room, despite it being made clear to them that they were all to be in the upstairs room. We had no choice but to disturb Emanuele, who came out to resolve the issue, cleaning our room and putting on fresh bedding. We were given good recommendations for eating out and help with booking a taxi. Easy walk from the airport, even at 3am and felt safe. Room was clean and had all you needed. We only used the shared kitchen to make tea and coffee.

We stayed in downstairs room which goes straight out into kitchen. The other guests were not so mindful of this in the mornings.

I had a wonderful 2-nights stay at Luigino B&B and I liked everything about this place. The location is very convenient for both train station and the airport (I walked to both places with my luggage with no problems, which is unbelievable). Also, it’s easy to go explore the city from here. The area is safe, nice, there are some cafes and a supermarket nearby. The property has only 2 rooms (on 2 floors) and the common area with a lovely, well equipped kitchen and a small garden. Everything is very clean, beautiful and convenient. I didn’t have a chance to meet the host in person but we communicated via Whatsup and he was so nice and helpful, even provided video instructions on how to access the property. Also, I left behind my jackets in the closet and he made it so easy for me to pick them up a week later. I’m really grateful and would recommend this accommodation to everyone who appreciates independence, privacy and good value.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Great location, not far from the train station, so it's easy to get to interesting sites. We had the top floor, 2 rooms and a bathroom, kitchen/diner was well equipped with cooking facilities, cereal, milk, bread, tea, coffee etc. Samuele met us at the b&b and advised us on other towns to visit. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. Thank you, samuele. Ahmed and family.

Cozy B&B in a more residental area near the airport. You're not in the city center of Pisa but with a bus stop nearby (2 min walk) you can easily reach every location. Self-check-in was easy and the host was very friendly! Nice kitchen area with quite a lot amenities. Nice little garden.

The room itself could be better decorated as it's pretty empty and nothing special.

It is very clean and well equipped B&B with kitchen and a garden. Very close to airport, which makes it easy accessible by 10 min walk. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. If we come to Pisa again, we would rent this property again. A pizzeria which has delicious pizzas just near by.

great location and very friendly host. always happy to help with questions. the location is close to airport and rest of Pisa. we used electric scooters to get around but first day we walked and took us only about 30 minutes to the cathedral (15/20 to train station/centre) but that’s the big plus for the property that it is in very quiet spot at night unlike hotels located in town.

only issue we had noisy neighbours the rooms aren’t very soundproof.

Excellent value for money! Wonderful location if you are looking for something near the train station or airport. We felt very safe walking through neighborhood, even though we landed late at night and walked over in the dark. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. Lots of rental apartments overlook small things like bathroom spray and such but they have thought of everything.

Sounds travel through this place! We could hear get up in the night and go pee upstairs. We were on the main floor and heard the other guests open beers in the kitchen late into the early morning. Though they say that breakfast is included, it's is mostly cereal, vacuum packed bread and pastries, and yogurt. It's also self serve and as we were the last room to head to the kitchen we found it very picked over.

We used this B&B because of its location near Pisa airport both on arriving and leaving Italy. We arrived at night after a late flight; the owner had already sent videos by WhatsApp of the location, how to enter the property, and what was inside, which was very useful. The apartment itself had what we needed for a short stopover, with food available in the shared kitchen. The milk, juice and fresh fruit was especially appreciated. We also sat in the garden in the morning to have breakfast.

The apartment was rather hot when we first arrived - having heated up during the summer day - but the A/C was effective at cooling it down, especially in the main bedroom.

The AC was really good especially when it’s hot outside. Spacious room with iron and hair dryer included. Host provided us with snacks, coffee, milk and food in the fridge. Check in was easy with instructions provided.

A lot of mosquitoes in the room and kitchen area
