Excellent location, close to the airport and the train station. Easy access to the building and the room. Very clean and everything is new. There is a shared kitchen and meeting area.

Some things are so new and they don't work properly. For example, the shower and some lights. The kitchen cannot be used properly, also because it is so new that some essential things are missing. Hope they can fix all these details.

not the best place to stay as a young woman traveling alone

Close to the airport (6 minutes walk) and the rooms were basic, clean and comfortable - we stayed there as we had an early flight the next day and it was great to take some of the stress of getting to the airport early.

The lights in the corridor aren't automatic and was hard to navigate in the dark with kids but it wasn't the end of the world.

it is well kept. the bathroom is very modern. Very good location as well. The place is much better than the pictures on the booking.com. they should update.

Overall, we are happy with the place. Our room was small but it is ok. Although the place was relatively empty but they were inflexible 15 min late check-out.

Very convenient for one night, especially when you have an early morning flight, because is really close to the airport, 5 minutes max, on foot. The communication with the host was really good and fast, self check in was easy to do

The bathroom needs some improvements - it was pretty cold inside and it wasn't very clean

We didn't have breakfast , early flight to Ireland. The showers in both rooms need to be fixed the shower connection's are loose and caused a minor flood which we cleaned up. If that is not fixed you could have major damage. Everything else fine.

Kitchen not finished as of yet.

The girl who checked us in spoke perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Overall it was very clean and bright being newly refurbished. We would definitely stay here again.

furnished exact as photographed, clean, cool and spacious. good communication with staff - Alberto messaged and called beforehand to ensure we knew what to do upon arrival and let us check in very early so we didn’t need to pull our cases all around Pisa. Alberto met us at the property and very kindly gave us a lift back to the train station where we were meeting our friends and told us to call him to pick us up when we wanted to return to the room although we walked as it is a nice walk. only 13 mins walk from the train station. we picked this location as good for the train station as well as the airport as had early flight next day. Literally took us 6 minutes to walk there. supermarket 2 mins away for room snacks and drinks.

The fact that you can walk out of the Pisa airport at midnight and you can walk to a hotel in 10 minutes beats everything. We needed a reasonable place to stay to spend the night as close to the airport as possible and we found what we were looking for. The owner responded immediately and spoke English. Comfortable bed and bedding. It was worth the price for sure.

Very conveniently near the airport.

The airconditionibg was not working and I have to ring the owner many times to sort out the problem. I left a message what time we are arriving, so the room should have been ready and refreshingly cold on our arrival. It was sumnertime, so obviously it was so warm.
