The staff at Riccione beach hotel were super accommodating! They allowed us to check in very late, and check out very early. They even arranged taxis for us on request as we had some trouble with public transport in Riccione. We went to go watch the Motogp in Misano Adriatico and the staff even made sure we had travel arrangements to and from the event. Breakfast was really good. The location is +- 200m from the beachfront and close to bus stops. Overall very happy with the service received at Riccione beach hotel!

This hotel is so out of the ordinary that the cookie-cutter point system used here doesn't do it justice. A holiday experience is often more than the sum of its parts, and Riccione Beach Hotel is a perfect example. The extraordinary warmth and accessibility of the management (it is a family run hotel) quickly make up for and surpass any hesitancy a hotel chain traveler might expect. Each room is a theme decorated, sometimes a bit quirky and unexpected, so one's initial impressions (if one expects a standard, banal facility) will quickly be overturned for the better after just very short time at this hotel. A sumptuous breakfast was included in the price of the room, with every member of the staff anxious to make certain you had enough to eat and a wide variety of choices. The dining room, "welcome room/bar" are furnished "family style" with sofas, comfy chairs, books, and someone from the family always ready to chat and accommodate one's every need. The hotel also provides a free pass for the beach facilities for the entire family. Bikes are offered for free use. The hotel was filled with visitors for all over the world. The cleaning staff were exceptional, present for most of the day and very accommodating to the guests while getting the job done. Any need I had was quickly responded to, with a genuine sense that my satisfaction and comfort was at the forefront of everyone's concerns and responsibility. But be forewarned -- to enjoy this experience, be ready to be open an to engage a genuine family and a unique individualized experience. If you want something other than that, perhaps it is not the place you should choose, but honestly I saw no one who did not seem to be absolutely happy and at ease during their stay. This is a real experience, with genuine people seeking to please, when I return to Riccione one day, it will surely be my choice of residence.

I'm a nervous traveler, so when my initial expectations are not immediately met, I tend to panic. There were one or two things about my room that were unexpected, but in just a few short hours all my hesitation vanished and any doubts I had were immediately pushed aside as everything was resolved to my satisfaction so quickly and earnestly that I would say that the thing I like least was MY OWN initial hesitancy!!

Outstandingly marvelous breakfast, like home athmosphere, really cosy, breathtaking accomodation. Best staff on our way through Italy. Will come back if have way through Riccione/Rimini region/beaches again... Love it! :))) <3

the shower was very small and uncomfortable but the water was hot with good pressure.

Breakfast was delicious, a lot of selection and homemade products, very polite and accommodating hosts. Would definitely come again. Great value for the money.

The facility is in a very interesting style, very close to the beach. Nice staff and nice key tags :). The price includes entry to the water park across the street and a delicious breakfast.

There was no air conditioner, only a fan that did nothing. Very small toilet with shower, when taking a shower the whole bathroom was splashed.
