The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was also very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location of the B&B is in a very central area within walking distance of the main attractions.

Bathroom did not have the central heating system on for the first two nights but was kindly turned on by the staff when asked to do so. Everything else was perfect.

Our hosts Gabriella and Loredana are super nice and welcoming. Everything was made very easy for check in and out. We had a great time here and found the location to be perfect. The area was fairly quiet at night but lively in the day. Would definitely recommend.

I think the only point for improvement in an otherwise wonderful stay is to make the room selection more obvious. I was a little surprised that our room wasn't what was in the images but then realised several rooms were pictured. This did not make our stay unpleasant in any way, I just think it would be great to give travellers the option or knowledge of where they are booking.

We had the best sleep with no street noises and really comfortable beds. It was nice to be able to make a tea or coffee in the kitchenette and help yourself to pastries! The cleaner cane daily and was a lovely lady and the owner was responsive to requests.

It would have been nice to have a common lounge to chill out in rather than being stuck in your room. Our room was a bit smaller than others. Also, it was a 15 minute walk from the metro which was a little hard with a big suitcase on wheels.

It is within reasonable walking distance of so much - restaurants, cafés ('bars'), gelaterías, and historical sites. The room and building were clean and we felt safe the whole time. Staff was also kind!

In the shower, it did seem like the drainage pipes weren't large enough to handle the volume of water the showerhead put out, so the bottom area filled up quickly and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. The drain was not clogged from what we could see.

Very convenient to most sights, great breakfasts, comfy beds, nice big bath tub, plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. Nice heavy blankets that made it easy for us to sleep :) at night walk right outside of the door and you are in major restaurants and night life. They set up our transfers and taxis, we thought this place was wonderful and would recommend to anyone and stay here again !

Location is perfect for must-see locations in Rome. We are very satisfied with communication with Gabriella, who was prompt and helpful. The lady (I am sorry to mention about her without her name) preparing and serving our breakfast is also very kind, helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations (particularly taking into account earlier negative reviews). Fruit juice (not fresh but good one), coffee, tea, croissant, sandwich with egg, corn flakes, yoghurt, butter/jam were served at breakfast, which was quite enough for us. Furthermore a kettle, refregirator, tea, coffee, cake are always and freely available in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend it.

WIFI quality connection can and should be enhanced. Noice isolation (from entree and the street) can be disturbing for someone but not too much.

We were met on arrival and shown around. The location and access to the shared kitchen. It was stocked with cake to accompany your afternoon tea. Our early 5 am departure to the airport was assisted with the booking of a driver Fernando for the drop off.

The window would benefit from a blackout blind to obscure the light at night. Pillows were very flat. Two additional pillows would have made sleep more comfortable. The bedroom door lock was fidly.

The location of the property is fabulous, close to all the main attractions - 10 minutes or less walk to Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, Spanish steps and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Gabriella and the ladies were lovely and couldn’t have been more accommodating, even arranging our taxi transfer from the airport for us! The apartments are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The shower is very powerful too which was a bonus! The main door to the building is very heavy iron so we felt very safe. The area is super quiet considering how close it is to the main shopping area via del Corso. Although the walls aren’t very thick between the apartment and the main communal area we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was. We had a wonderful time in Rome and our stay at Approdo Ripetta was perfect - thank you!
