We loved the property. It’s newly renovated, clean, equipped with all necessities. Great location, wonderful service. Loved the terrace on the top floor. Amazing shampoo and conditioner. We had everything we needed.

We wish there was cleaning available. We stayed for 4 nights and when we asked, the cleaning was offered at extra cost. As a result, we had to take out the garbage ourselves and there was no garbage disposal at the building. We had to find one on the street. After 4 days of stay the bathroom needed cleaning but we didn’t have supplies to clean ourselves.

location is the best and the room had everything you need, it's basically an apartment even

Sonder Antinoo was exceptional in every facet! The location was top notch, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative, and the actual hotels rooms were fantastic. Everything was clean, and the rooms leave you feeling like you’re in a small home in Rome. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience we had at Sonder Antinoo, and I look forward to coming back to Rome and staying at this wonderful hotel!

Room was ready on time, very clean, great location, walking distance to all the keys locations. Sparking water to fountain was a nice touch!!!

Seemed a little over priced for the amenities available

This room was lovely, there were 3 separate sleeping areas each with a door to provide privacy. Wonderful for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Great to have 3 bathrooms also! Staff at the front desk was very helpful. Perfect location, walking distance to everything.

The only issue we ran into is we tried to use the laundry machine, combo washer and dryer. The dryer did not work well at all so we ended up hanging our clothes on the rack to dry. Minor inconvenience but just something to be aware of.

Loved the location right in the heart of Rome. The apartment was very comfortable - the a/c worked really well thankfully. There was even a washing machine we were able to use to get some clothes cleaned. The beds were comfortable, and the showers worked well. The rooftop was a nice place to relax and get a little view of Rome. Very easy to walk out and right into the middle of everything, and only 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps, and another 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Perfect!

The location was great, walking distance from a lot of sites. The staff was nice but nothing extraordinary. The room was great, a lot of space and a useful kitchen.

Although we did not need a cleaning, staying longer than 3 nights would require at least a towel change. When looking through the service options the cleaning fee was really hight (80 Euro per cleaning if i remember correctly). Also, Since there's a kitchen i would recommend (at least) having salt, pepper and oil available.

The location was fantastic, the apt well-appointed, modern design and comfortable. Good shower and spacious bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.

There was an issue with the door code lock mechanism when we arrived. We had to work with customer service over the phone for a long time before someone had to physically come and fix the door. It was late at night and we were traveling with small kids so it was frustrating to spend ~1 extra hour locked out. It was eventually resolved and we had no issues after that.

The location was amazing. The room and interior of the building was beautiful. We felt very safe, and as far as being in the middle of Rome, the room was so quiet with the windows closed.

For us the price was a bit high for just one bed. The website said there was a fountain for filling water bottles, but as the building was so new, it wasn't ready yet. Also, as there is staff at the front desk starting at 9am, anyone who needs a taxi would be out of luck. We were told if we left before this time that we should walk to the Spanish steps. We had help in the morning of our departure from the staff which was excellent, but getting a taxi is difficult in Italy- It's not the norm to raise a hand. You have to call ahead and if you don't have an Italian phone number you can't use an app.
