4th time in Rome. We normally like staying in the Pantheon area but this time we decided to stay closer to the train station as we had planned on taking trains a bit more this time to villages outside Rome. The host Monica was simply wonderful. She reached out to us before our trip, sent us detailed directions to the guesthouse and made sure she was available to greet us at our estimated check in time. The bus from the airport literally stopped at Termini within steps from the guesthouse. The room was very clean and modern. So is the bathroom. The shower was great and plenty of pressure and hot water. WiFi was strong and worked during our entire stay. The mattress, pillows and comforters were super comfy. Sound insulation is good as we could hardly hear other rooms. That or others may have been very quiet. Breakfast was awesome and made per your order based on the given choices and delivered to your room at your requested time. The building is very quiet. There is an elevator to the guest house on the 5th floor. Walking distance to all the major attractions as they are within approximately 1 to 2 miles (we like walking for the exercise) but if you do take the bus, do make sure to validate your tickets or risk getting fined like we did (54 euros each). The same goes for all public transports. The guesthouse area is fine. We usually don’t go out at night as we are so tired from wandering around during the day so can’t comment on the nightlife here but there are many restaurants nearby which we patronized for dinner. They are all reasonably inexpensive while the quality of food is decent. All in all, we highly recommend Archi Di Roma and if it is not available for the dates, try charm&bella in the same neighborhood which is managed by Monica’s husband. The reviews for both places speak for themselves. When we come back to Rome, we will not hesitate to stay at either.

We came straight out of Termini station, and within five minutes, we were at the guest house. Monica greeted us and showed us our room. The room was lovely and has everything you need. The beds are really comfortable and whilst we were there it was very quiet. Breakfast is pre ordered and delivered to your room, which is really good with lots of choices and perfectly presented as is everything else at this guest house. I would definitely recommend staying here. You are ony fifteen minutes from the Colosseum and twenty from Trevi Fountain. If you're driving to Rome park at Anagnina metro station, multi-storey car park, Five euros for two days. Anagnina to Termini metro line takes about twenty minutes. Great stay and wonderful place. Would definitely stay at Archi Di Roma again. Thanks

EVERYTHING! Monica, is one of the best hosts I have ever had. She is so friendly and takes care of you and of your stay as if you were a family member. The room was amazing. Bed was super comfy and shower and bathroom were extremely clean, same as the room. There is a minifridge stocked with water and juice upon your arrival (for free). Also, everything is so modern and with a cute decoration. For our check-in we had to rush a little because we had booked a tour for the colisseum, but our train got delayed. We mentioned this to Monica and she explained everything nicely and in time for us to drop our stuff and head out. At our room we were received with a nice Prosecco bottle and some seasonal fruit (free of charge) which just made the beginning of the trip so lovely. The breakfast which was included was superb! You have the option to select what you want and when do you want it deliver to your room. It was perfect and very fullfilling. Location is very convenient, although not in the city centre but you are just few steps away from the Termini Station, which connects you with a) the metro to get anywhere in Rome, b) the train if wanting to go to Florence for example or c) the buses for the airport. I read some reviews on-line about the neighborhood. I think is important to mention this specially as two young females (my sister and I) traveling alone. Yes, at the beginning the street might seem a little weird/sketchy but nothing we haven't seen in other big cities like Paris or even Mexico City (our home city). We asked Monica about safety and she assured that this was a safe area. She made recommendations about pickpockets in any touristic area and yes, this is something you have to be aware of all over Rome. My sister and I were out late one night and when we come back we felt safe. The taxi dropped us at the entrance, and at night the street is extremely well lit. The system to enter the building is very safe. Thank you Monica!

Nothing. Everything was amazing!

First of all, Monica the host is one of the best I have seen. She is very pleasant, very polite and very cheerful host. Whatever we asked her she helped us. Breakfast is nice, she prepares it and delivers it to the room. The amount of breakfast is not limited, but she kindly asks for no food to be wasted which I respect a lot. She contacted me a few days in advance to give instructions how to get from the airport to the Guest house, how to locate the apartment, the service was perfect. Room is clean and nice, more than enough when visiting Rome.

Only small complaint I have is that you have to be aware that the apartment is near Roma Termini (good for traveling from the airport to the apartment and vice versa) but center, lets say from the apartment to Coloseum is about 20 minutes walking distance, which is not a huge deal since the road to there is quite nice. Even though I didn't notice anything unusual or "dangerous" if you are staying late in the city, I would advise you to travel from the city to the apartment by Uber or taxi, I think that is much safer because sadly it seems to not be the most safe part of the city at night. If it were closer to the city center (or in another location) I would give it a firm 10/10!

Where to begin! This accommodation has to be one of the best we have stayed in. Monica was the most sweetest, kindest lady I have ever met. She was so friendly and have us a map when we first arrived, pointing out all the main sightseeing opportunities and how to use the metro etc. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, I especially enjoyed the chocolate croissant. We were greeted by Prosecco and some fruit and chocolates in the room when we arrived and Monica left us a sweet dessert the night before we left which was super special. We had just become engaged that morning so this added to our special day :)

The only downfall which was so minor was it would have been nice if the shower was slightly bigger.

The best detail about the facility is Monica. She is truly a wonderful person, incredibly helpful, hospitable .She is an exellent stuff whom we can consult on almost anything. We would like to thank her again for all support she gave us from check in to the moment we left the hotel. The hotel has a perfect location. It may cause concern that you will have to pass a few doors when you first enter, but Monica provides the necessary information about that via WhatsApp. The breakfast is very rich, the air conditioning is sufficient, the beds are very comfortable, there are many applications including Netflix on tv, the wireless internet is very strong and you can use the internet very easily via the TV. If we come again, our only choice will be this hotel.

There was a good choice of continental breakfast, cereals, yogurts, ham, eggs, cheese, bread, croissants plus more which was wheeled into your room at a time to suit you each morning. The room was a good size and very clean. There was bubbly in the room on arrival and snacks. Although the room was on a busy road, the soundproofing was excellent. It was about a 20 minute walk to the colosseum but the train station and metro were just by the accommodation if you didn’t want to walk. Monica gave us more bubbly and cake as a surprise for my husband’s birthday which was lovely. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the train station has a good food hall.

The hotel was centrally located. The hotel was right next to Roma Termini. Its a huge advantage come to hotel from airport via express train. You can also use the metro and train station if you want, but we wanted to see Rome by walking. We walked everywhere , it's a good thing to see old buildings ! The house’s bed was very comfortable, and cleaning was perfect. But the most we liked Monica. Monica is a wonderful person, very friendly and helpful. She thought of everything to make us feel at home. We were greeted with prosecco when we first arrived. She left little surprises for us in the room evenings. It was a very precious moment for us to read her notes when we came to the room. If we come to Rome again, we will stay here again without hesitation.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Comfortable spacious room very handy for the station. Really good soundproofing for external noise. Breakfast delivered to the room ordered the night before inclusive in the price. Table and chairs, fridge, coffee maker and kettle in the room. Supply of fresh fruit in hallway. Opposite the station food court, if you want a quick meal, but also several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Easy to get into Rome by bus, metro or walking.

The area around the hotel, being next to the rail station, had a lot of graffiti and a few street sleepers. But the guest house had excellent security and the streets were cleaned every morning.

MONICA you are perfect householder and really perfect person I ever met at Hotels.Room is so so close to TERMINI station.And TERMINI means you are at center of the transportation for ROME.Aiport shuttles are 2 minutes near you i CASTEL ROMANO shuttles 2 minutes near you , Bus stations , Metro , Trains , Train to Airport and shopping mall is 2 minutes.And TERMINI Food court with many many options with high quality variety foods are 2 minutes near you.Really amazing location and options. It was our 3rd visit to ROME and in the Future it will be our exact room to stay.Breakfast is Incredible and Fantastic.MONICA cares about your brekafast personally and full of options.Many 5 stars hotels has no options like this breakfast.Thank you so Much MONICA.

Many people like soft beds like this hotel.We have belly problems and we can only stay with not soft beds.Thats why we couldnt sleep well 3 days but I hope great MONICA find a solution for our next trip to ROME.
