The room was a good size and we had a small garden/patio area full of plants,which is very handy for smokers and outdoor eating. The bed was very comfy. Great to have TV & WiFi. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The building is like something out of a film - authentic Rome, beautiful. We loved the building in which the property is situated. The property is within walking distance (2 streets away) from Termini train/bus station. Local restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities are all within walking distance. Overall very satisfied with our stay at Babyface.

A very comfortable room, 3 min walk from basilica santa maria maggiore, walking distance from all the main attractions of rome such as colosseo and also 10 min walk from the Rome train station so easy to get from the airport, there is a supermarket near by, and laundry service. But the best thing was the manager of the apartments that was super helpful and kind and helped us in all kinds of different requests we had. It was a very good deal and the moat affordable we found in Rome. We stayed for 11 nights

I missed having a kitchen with a stove , but there was fridge so it was ok

The owner is really great. He helped us with everything and was communicating even late in the day if we needed his help. We were provided with clean towels for everyday and he offered to store our luggage since our flight was in the evening. The location is great since it’s nearby the Termini station which is where the buses to the airport leave from. I can highly recommend this place to stay in if you visit Rome.

The outlets weren’t all working and the bathroom sometimes smelled a bit because of the water probably. And the room we were staying in is directly above the main Street so it’s impossible to have the windows open at night (very noisy)

The area is perfect to start a walking trip around the most famous sights of Rome. It is also very close to the Termini Station to which there is an easy transfer from both airports. The staff member that greeted us was very kind and let us accommodate an hour earlier than we were supposed to. It was a lovely stay.

The bathroom was funny (toilet was lovated inside the bathing area), but it was clean and not so difficult to use ;) It was strange but definitely not a problem. The street located behind the window was a bit loud at night, but it is a city center of Rome, so it is also understandable.

The location is very nice and check in is quick

Not sure the shower was cleaned because there was still hair inside. Very noisy aera (tramway just in front of the window). Earplugs are useful.

Great location close to the train station. Walking distance to the big sites too. Room was actually very spacious! Great for basic accommodation.

Check in was a bit confusing. Make sure you have capabilities to call or text when you arrive.

The rooms are as the pictures in the app The location is really good It's 4 mins walk from Termini station The staff was super supportive and helpful, which made our stay easier I would recommend this place as it's clean and safe

Nothing I liked everything

It would be impossible to rate this little gem anything other than 10. Having been told by the unbelievably rude and arrogant staff at the tourist desk in Rome CIA airport that we wouldn't find anywhere to stay in Rome this Saturday evening for less than £200 Babyface popped up briefly on booking.com and we snapped up room 5 which, on top of being very comfortable and well furnished, had its own terrace in the courtyard. What stood out most though was the kindness of the manager, Ellis. He went way above what you would expect.

The stay is very close to Roma termini and therefore has a comfortable and easy access to train, bus and all other means of transport, as well as close to most of the Tourist destinations at Rome. The stay is literally at the heart of Rome.
