Conveniently located walking distance from Termini but far enough away for peace and quiet. Friendly staff, great room (I had a balcony overlooking the church), walking distance to many restaurants and a wonder free breakfast buffet. You can walk to most attractions, or just go up to Termini and grab the metro or a bus. They also have a small lobby bar if you need a nightcap after a long day. As a woman traveling alone I felt perfectly safe.

Excellent front desk, open 24/7. Excellent location, extensive variety of included breakfast on rooftop terrace (wasn't explicit on booking.com). We had beautiful view of basilica. Good windows , couldn't hear traffic below. Great blackout blinds. Big bathroom!

lovely rooftop terrace with bar. fantastic view of Santa Maria Maggiore from our room and also the rooftop. pleasant breakfast selection which was just enough and saved us buying breakfast every day. excellent location - easy to walk everywhere, we did catch the metro to Vatican which was also easy. Close walk to Termini Station. friendly staff, someone always at reception. Also bar downstairs.

There were stairs to go up to the rooftop terrace, not accessible by lift. didn’t bother us but not suitable for someone with mobility issues.

The location was easy to access from Roma Termini by foot. The view was incredible of the Basilica. It was also easy to walk anywhere for dinner, drinks, or gelato. The rooms were classic and the ceiling height was incredible! Loved the old/classic/vintage feel. It felt very old world/upscale and I loved it!

I wish there was more communication about the room key? I didn't realize I wasn't supposed to take it with me when we went out to dinner. It was quite heavy and thought the point was so you didn't lose it. I didn't realize I was supposed to leave it at the desk and reclaim it when I returned.

Attentive staff and a good location.

The hotel clearly put commercial interests ahead of paying guests as they let out the bar and restaurant for private parties leaving no available facilities for their paying guests. Our party were refused a cup of coffee on the last evening as the facilities were catering for private parties.

The hotel is well located and is clean and comfortable. We had a room overlooking the Basilica but the double glazing is very good and we weren't disturbed by church bells. A good breakfast is served but there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the breakfast room which might be a problem for people with mobility issues. The quality of the evening meals is good but the portions are small and the prices are high.

Prices in the rooftop restaurant are high and portions are small. I guess you are paying for the view which is indeed very good.

The location is great,the view from my top floor room was boss. Tasty food and plenty of it at breakfast,good service at breakfast,all the breakfast staff were well turned out and so were the evening waiters.

If you want to charge up your phone/tablet, you have to plug it into the back or side of the television and keep it on, I'd turn the sound down if I wasn't watching it,but I've had to do this before in Italian hotels so I know what to expect,it didn't spoil anything for me.
