The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was clean with a basket of treats/breakfast options when we arrived. The accommodation was a short walk to lots of different restaurants. We used Lime scooters to go into the centre of Trastevere and Rome. The bus is also a convenient option. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good with really nice shampoo and shower gel. What topped off our stay is how the staff were able to hold onto our luggage after 11am checkout, and allow us to enjoy Rome for a few hours before we picked up our luggage at 6pm to go to the airport. We stayed for four nights in total and we really enjoyed our stay. Both myself and my husband said that we would return to Suites Trastevere when we return to Rome.

It was wonderful! Room was cute, clean, delightfully designed. Bathroom does have plenty of room, a bidet, a shower with hand held and rain shower heads. Hosts were kind, helpful and friendly. They helped us figure out restaurants, transportation and even helped haul taxis for us. And, a welcome basket with treats, pastries, snacks, tea and coffee. We are recommending it to friends.

Our beds were memory foam ; a bit hard for me but that’s a personal choice. Taxis cost us $15-$20 each time we went to city center. The bus stops very close by and is cheap. I couldn’t do metro this trip because of a medical condition. So taxis and Uber were our go to. High season impacted the length of waiting time, availability and cost. None of that is their fault or responsibility.

Very helpful owner and staff. Quiet room, with interesting "Ancient Rome" themed walls. Good size comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with good shower. Coffee maker. Kettle. Location good for restaurants, shopping, public transport to other parts of the city. On departure, Giselle very kindly called us a taxi and helped us get our luggage downstairs

One or two small things. Overloaded electrical point meant it wasn't possible to charge phones without removing other plugs, at least for our UK adapters. Toilet seat not 100% functional. Sloping shelf above basin. Breakfast is all packet food; would have preferred something fresher, perhaps fruit.

The stay was really enjoyable and the "city-break" was a success! ;-) Marco and Helena are helpful, nice and very organized (with informations which are organized and visually beautiful, maps and recommended places). Access to the apartments is easy even if You arrive early (three small steps to get in and You can leave Your luggage), and the room - from the first moment You feel cozy and "at home" in the room. Enough space for things, very comfortable bed, clean everywhere and You have everything You need. We choose Suites because of the location - close to Rome-Ciampino (public transport), one stop by train to Vatican and only one bus transfer to the Auditorium Parco della Musica. Opposite the apartament is a great ice cream shop and coffee shop (with air conditioning), a 5-minute walk away is a place with a "European" breakfast (not sweet, just eggs and vegetables) and several good restaurants with typical Italian food. So everything in the area, You can escape the heat during the day!

In hours of cleaning and check-in might be loudly (if You need to take a nap or work in a working day).

Location was great. Train station close by, tram and busses available directly outside the building. We could easily reach the centre of Rome in less then half hour. The bed was very comfortable. They kept us updated and kept contact with us before and throughout our stay. Easy and very clear check in information. The room was clean and spacious.

The toilet was very close to the sink and it was a bit awkward to use. It also makes quite a bit of noise when it flashes and the water keeps running so you need to push again to make it stop. There was no conditioner provided in the shower.

We loved the location - easy to get into the historical centre by tram but far out enough away from the crowds. The neighbourhood was friendly with all amenities nearby and close to Trastevere station to get to the Vatican. We were able to explore the Porta Portese market on Sunday and it was fabulous. The room was very clean and ideal for what we wanted. Our 7 year old appreciated the Wi-Fi, Netflix and the breakfast basket in the room. Helena who looked after us was exceptional and nothing was ever too much. Before our stay she kept in touch via WhatsApp and on arrival greeted us when we got a bit lost! She even booked us a taxi on the day of us leaving so we didn’t have to deal with that stress. I’d highly recommend staying here and we’re already planning on going back later this year!! 🤩❣️

We absolutely loved our stay at Suites Trastevere. It was warm, cosy and a great location (near trastevere centre and a 5 min walk from the trastevere terminal). Max was very helpful! What really stood out was the cleanliness. They were really on top of cleaning the rooms daily. Upon checking in, we received a welcome basket with some treats, and pamphlets helping us with transport and food options around the area. It was our first time visiting Rome and really made our stay beyond amazing! Thank you Max once again 😆.

Although (I think) breakfast was offered by the venue, they dont actually do breakfast but staff did leave a small hamper for us, which did have Gluten free options. The main attractions were up to an hour walk, and although the buses run very frequently, there is nowhere local to bug tickets, even though staff there us. No view from the room

Real value for money. Lovely staff, very welcoming. The property is on the no8 tramline which can drop you into Trastavere proper or take you straight into the city centre. You can also catch a local train from the airport for 8 euros getting off at the Trastavere mainline station which is only 200m or so from the guesthouse. This is fabulous value for Rome. All the rooms are individually designed/painted depicting wall murals of famous Roman landmarks/areas.

Giselle was a perfect host. We had a problem(injury) and Giselle offered us to give us a ride to hospital and personally helped us to find a doctor which totally saved us much much trouble. I appreciate this the most and she has my biggest thanks. The room itself is very good, nice paintings on the walls, clean and we also received a nice gift. The mattress and pillows are awesome. The accommodation is on a very nice street and everything is close. TV has Netflix. We will definitely come back.
