The building is in a great neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk from Roma Trastevere rail station and 10 minutes in the opposite direction from the nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The room is spacious with a jacuzzi bath tub. Fabio was a very accommodating host who let us leave our bags for the day after check-out. Just make sure you message before arrival because there's not always someone there at the building.

Everything was great, it was clean and comfortable. The directions was clear and easy. The breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs was just a coffee and croissant. Bus stop easy accessible to the city. Lovely restaurants along the street.

We travel by car, Parking was 'n problem. The host was not very helpful with it. Find a Parking garage by ourselfs 1,2km from the apartment. But if you travel by train or bus, that will be no problem.

We stayed in a room with 2 beds and a bathroom. Everything was clean and functional. Beds are comfortable and there was no noise at night, so we could sleep without a problem. There's a shared kitchen on the same floor which was nice and clean. There's coffee and tea in the kitchen that can be used. Location is really good and there's a bus stop near the apartment. Host Fabio was also great.

The water in shower is either cold or hot, it's kind of hard to get normal temperature. Also, breakfast in the coffee place could have more options. But all in all, we were happy with our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is located in a great neighborhood in a walking distance to the main attractions, restaurants and cafes. There is also a public transport right outside the building. The room is clean and comfy. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. There is also a kitchen with tea/coffee that you can use. Everything was as we wanted! Fabio is an excellent host, he was very kind and friendly. The location is very good, you have access to public transport, the bus station and the train station being very close! The breakfast is not very varied, but it is ok for this price, you can serve it on the terrace, the people who serve you are very nice. The room is nice and clean, the maid comes every day to clean. there is also a kitchen where you can make coffee, tea, etc. that you already find there

Most comfortable bed in our 7day roadtrip through Italy! Location is perfect! Free street parking in front of the building. Bus stop just a few minutes away by foot. Towels were changed daily. 5rooms in the apartment but you never really noticed any of the neighboring guests. Jacuzzi on the room was not needed but nice to have. 👍

Really nice stay - Trastevere is nice location. Very easy to get there from Fiumicino airport by train. The apartment is walking distance from railway station. Relly nice caffe where you got a brakfast next door. Clean apartment, cleaning the room and changing towels everyday. Really nice and equiped kitchen - there is even washinch machine there. Really nice cleaning lady as well as owner. Very nice stay thank you

Room and the kitchen were really great. We had there free coffee, toasted bread and jam and beside that included breakfast was in the coffee next to the apartment building but it was only offer of coffee and croissant. Jacuzzi in the room but we unfortunately did not try.

Almost nobody speaks English so it was difficult to communicate. Also in the shower we needed to wait few minutes that hot water starts so at the beginning we taught there was no hot water at all.

The room itself was very comfortable, bed was nice and air conditioning was strong which was great. Our host was flexible about us being able to leave our bags for the day when we checked out which gave us an extra day in Rome, so we really appreciated that. Room is on a busy street but the windows do an excellent job of full noise proofing so it was very quiet when we wanted it to be, and blackout curtains made for great sleeps after long days exploring. Breakfast voucher included a pastry and a hot drink which was handy start of the day for us. The place also had a laundry machine which was a nice surprise. Location is in a great spot for the trams as they stop right outside, and the main part of restaurants in Trastevere is only a 15-20 minute walk away.

The bathroom could possibly use a bit of updating, toilet is getting discoloured and the bottom of the shower leaked so floor would end up wet. But this was really minor and overall everything was good!

It was a very central location with the 8bus or H bus taking you straight into the heart of Rome. It was very clean, our bed was changed every morning. This accommodation was fantastic!
