The staff were very kind and supportive. Communication was mainly via WhatsApp. They answered my question about self check in almost instantly. The cleaners were also lovely people. The room was clean enough, although the bedding had an odd smell. I liked the nice bath tissue (it wasn't the type you would often find at city halls and schools). Plenty towels were provided. There were dishes and cutlery for takeaway foods, which is so thoughtful. I enjoyed takeaways from local shops. It was good value for money.

The only request I would make is about the smell of the bedding. The sheets and covers were apparently clean, but smelled odd somehow. Probably it was the duvet.

We loved the location. They let us leave our luggage before check-in time after asking. It was fairly close to Trastevere train station and well connected with the Fiumicino Airport. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt like being around locals. We walked to the center every day and it was a great walk. If we wanted we could use public transportation that was great. The room was nice and very warm. The lady that came to greet us was super nice and lovely. The private outdoor bathroom was just across the room. Around the building there were several great places to grab something to eat and drink. Highly recommended!

The mattress was a bit worn out so it could be changed, but still we slept well. The bathroom was super clean but there is a bit of mold due to not so strong ventilation. Breakfast options were not attractive. Typical sweet Italian breakfast. We were eating outside.

Dormi a Roma is a great property in a quiet area. The check in instructions were very clear. The room is very clean & the bed is comfortable. We were given plenty of towels and our room was serviced daily. Our room had an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen area is well stocked with coffee tea and breakfast items.

My only disappointment was the size of the shower and more particularly the small space of the shower door, I found it difficult to get in & out.

We were 8 nights at the dormi a roma hotel, we liked the design of the room, we also really liked the location of the hotel (not far from the center) the staff was great and kind, they helped us and gave us tips in everything related to Rome. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and excellent personal treatment. Thanks to the owner of the hotel and the employees, the stay at the hotel was excellent. Excellent central and comfortable location, relatively spacious rooms, clean .and pleasant. Excellent value for the price

There are four rooms, three rooms include a shower and toilet, and one room without a shower and toilet, but it is right in front of the door of the room (in the corridor), make sure you get a room with a shower and toilet.

It was clean, the contact with the owner was immediate, there was everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We had a “Positive” room with a bathroom for our own. There was a fridge, cooker, sink, TV, AC, table in the room. The property was cleaned everyday by a nice woman. There were 2 bus and tram stations nearby, supermarket, cafeteria. The price was really affordable

Great location and accommodating host. We stayed in the private suite with the attached washroom and we had no issues during our stay. However the walls are relatively thin so you can hear others staying in the other rooms. For example we heard coughing through the night. Other than that, this place is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Everything was great stated 2days common kitchhen and wc Breakfast can be better it was only sweets coffee tea milk butter that available whole day But no bread eggs or varieties but it wasnt a problem close to trasteverre staz but only train and it goes to center of city

Cleanliness but comfort does not fit the purpose. I did not read in the description that it was a sharing facilities.

The lights turned on twice on out first night which woke us up. Although check out is 11 am, we were told to.leave at 10 am. We had to vacate in a rush and was not given enough time to shower with the family of 4.

Great location, instructions provided made it easy to find it. The room was comfortable, as well as the beds. Amazing host, responsive and kind.

The bathroom had a strong smell, it seemed to be clean, so maybe it should be just a little more ventilated.

Location, really nice lady who cleaned the apartment. Packed sweets for breakfast, coffee, juice, tea. We could eat fast breakfast before going to the city

Our room wasn't ready at 2 p.m. We could live baggage and come back after 30 min.
