Proper is nice, walking distance to main attractions, good conditions, nice personnel

It’s not really about the property, but the street where it’s located. There are 2 bars that are working until 2 am with people drinking and screaming right there on the street, in front of the window. Really not the best spot if you want to have a good night rest.

The location was exceptional, I could not recommend it enough! We walked everywhere from there (it was tiring but the maximum distance we walked from the location to a point of relevance was 35 - 40 minutes!). The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom was beautiful.

I believe there was no breakfast service and I would have also liked the receptionist to be more present in the building. We (and others) had a problem when arriving to the hotel because the door needed a code to get in. No one was in the building to open the door for us and we were lucky enough to be able to call from one of our phones, as not everyone has access to international calls! I would have liked to know that before hand; to get an email that provided the code and room number if the receptionist is not going to be there.

The room was gorgeous, nicer than the pictures. There was a private elevator which arrived right into the room which was so handy. The interior was so nice and the space was very roomy. The location was fabulous and we really liked the area., a short walk from everything. I would highly recommend.

The room was quite hot, we stayed in January so the AC was turned off. We had to open windows to cool it down which led to the room getting quite noisy. The apartment was in the very centre of the area though so we expected there to be noise and when the windows were closed we couldn't hear anything.

location was ideal for touring Tome and neighborhoods by foot or taxi. bed very comfortable. cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.

moldy shower, broken refrigerator and very leaky air conditioner. I would recommend supplying a white noise machine as the bars below are very loud until 2am each night. note to owners: staff from Mate Bar very rude, tables with people consistently in front of front door gate to the BDB making it difficult to get in and out. When my husband and I sat at the table and asked for a drink the waitress yelled at us to leave because my husband was eating chips from another vendor-we didn't know this wasn't allowed. She didn't realize we were staying at the BDB and was very rude the rest of the week.

Comfy bed, the best location (busy but great!), super staff.

Couple of hitches with super smart facilities (mega bath that would have taken about a week to fill!). They were looked at promptly. The fab location meant it was busy at night, no good if you want silence at 8.00pm, but we loved the area so happy to take it!

Location in a lively neighborhood, nice AC, comfortable bed. An accessible luxury experience in Rome.

I did not receive instruction to access the property beforehand (you need a code to get into the gate). There is a lot of calcium build up in the shower and coffee maker. Needs to be cleaned. Definitely a little noisy in the evening given the proximity to multiple bars although this didn’t bother me. Just something to note. The room could use a chair as well.

The location is literally PERFECT. You can walk/scooter ride anywhere you want to. We loved being able to go eat or sight see and not have to pay for taxis to come back home. At night time you’re only a couple meters away from bars and restaurants and the dancing/performers at the square and on the bridge! I truly believe our stay here was one of the reasons we had the most amazing time in Rome.

The spot this was in was AMAZING. Is hidden in between a vibrant street full of restaurants and bars. The room and building itself was amazing and fully air conditioned. The cleaning lady was also so beautiful

Only negative thing is every morning at 5 am you get woken up by some of the bars emptying their rubbish into the bins so your sleep will get very disrupted. I would recommend bringing ear plugs for a good sleep
