The locatıon is very central, almost directly at the main station. The hotel has a good art-deco flair; perfect if you are a fan of characteristic oldies hotel rooms. The terrace is also very nice to grab a drink in the evening, with a city view.

Central location brings noise, and the area is not the best. The breakfast seems to be rich; but not of best quality - I'd go for something less but better tasting. Plus, the drinks at the terrace bar are a bit pricey (we paid 13 Euros for an Aperol Spritz)

The people at the front desk were very helpful. I am very appreciative of their assistance. I hope this trip was not a once-in-a-lifetime trip, I hope to be back very soon in the future. The breakfast was also very good.

Be careful on the subway and trains these pick-pockets work together and will steal whatever they can get their hands on. This is NOT a joke? My cell phone iPhone 15 Pro Max (Florence) was stolen as a Disneyland Paris ballcap. I am still amazed that a local would steal a souvenir for a tourist (Roma). They also can not do anything the the iPhone 15s due to all of the security.

quite comfortable accommodation, the Receptionist (an old respectful gentleman.. /sorry I didn't know his name/.."night time duty".. was so kind and helpful.. Thanks 😊 for him) .. The location was extraordinary... just near to city center and main attraction sites and more importantly: walking distance to ROMA TERMINI which is "VITAL" for any visit to that great city: ROMA .. (!! Please don't call "her!!" ROME".. this is a "misnomer" .. call her always : ROMA ..

The friendliest staff. They could not do enough for you. Gorgeous hotel. Big fireplace near reception. We adored our robes and slippers. The shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom was great to get ready. There are USB ports. The bed is very comfy. Really gorgeous surroundings and the staff made the experience to be honest.

The only negative is the hotel was uncomfortably warm. The air con did not work. When we went down to reception he informed us he would need to manually cut off the heat in our rooms. I don't even know if it helped because it was so warm. We left the room to go outside at one point to try and get air. We slept with the window open but it was still unbelievably warm. It spoiled the stay but I would 100% go back if the air con worked because the hotel is stunning. The heat was just close to unbearable.

This was a stylish and well-maintained hotel. I felt like we had gone back in time about 60 years. The room felt elegant. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of items.

Being an older hotel, there were few electric outlets and no USB ports. I had to buy an adapter to charge our phones. The one I bought was defective but the front desk attendant was kind enough to let me borrow one.

The hotel is in a great location. It is a couple minutes from the main train station, which if travelling from either of the airports via public transport is very handy. The train station also is connected to the metro station, which can be used to get around the city easily. It is just 8 minutes from the metro to the stop for the Vatican city. You can walk to the Colosseum in around 10 minutes and the Trevi foundation in around 20 minutes. The hotel itself was incredible too. From the moment we arrived to check in, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Always on hand if you were to need anything. The room was spacious, which after a long day of sightseeing was nice, we appreciated being able to sit and unwind and not feel cramped. The breakfast was lovely and had good options. It was from 6:30am-10:30am, which was great, especially if you want an early start to go and sightsee and be able to have something quick to eat. I could not recommend this hotel enough.

It was only a couple of minutes walk away from the train station (Roma Termini) and Metro. It was clean and with spacious rooms.

The AC did work, but not enough to bring the room temperature down to a comfortable temperature. It was set to 15 degrees (not by us, but by either hotel staff or previous guests), but I don’t think the temperature in the room ever went below approximately 25 degrees, so the temperature and humidity was a bit too high. That said, we were still very happy with the hotel and our stay there.

The hotel is connected to the other Bettoja hotel (Mediterraneo). Breakfast was very good and the rooftop bar has nice view (Both located in the Mediterraneo hotel). It take only 3 minutes walk to the Termini station, about 30 minutes direct access from / to the airport by Leonardo express. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around this area.

A convenient hotel in an attractive Art Deco style connected to the Mediterraneano next door. The bedroom was roomy and comfortable and the public rooms were striking. We enjoyed the roof bar next door. It won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but we liked the hotel. Breakfast was generous and of good quality.

The wifi generally didn’t seem to work, or at least in our room. We had to rely on our 4G. The hotel was overpriced, and wouldn’t have paid that other than we had an early train.

The location is unbeatable and near Termini central station with some excellent restaurants nearby. Monica in reception is exceptional and a great asset to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice and plenty of quality and quantity on offer. The rooms were spotless and maintained well throughout our stay. We will absolutely be back again.
