Cleanliness, friendly staff and location

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The food was excellent, and it's quality was top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring our comfort . Our room was spotless,the towels and sheets were changed regularly. Hotel’s location is amazing – just a 10-minute walk from both the Colosseum and Termini Station. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Rome.

This guest house is the perfect location to discover Antique Rome. Close to central train/metro station. Very good area for 'osterias' (rather than restaurants) and to taste the local cuisine. Welcoming and helpful hosts and staff. Tips on close by sites. Breakfast served either on the terasse or in the breakfast room next to it. Savoury or sweet (or mixed) breakfast (nice lemoney cake), orange juice, tea/coffee. You can ask for yoghurts. Clean room and comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. Mini fridge and safe. Read useful information in Reception area (e.g. storage of luggage). Our taxi to the airport was booked by the hosts.

Location was great. Room had lots of space considering 4 of us shared one room. Communication was excellent prior to our stay when we needed to add an extra bed. Check in was quick and staff were really welcoming and friendly.

My only criticism would be that space is really limited at breakfast so seats are not always available. Also an addition of fresh fruit to the breakfast would make it much better as all options include bread/pastry.

Perfect location, not far from termini station and very short walk to the collesseum. Breakfast in the mornings was nice and staff were very friendly! Beds were comfortable and room was a good size.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating when we let them know we wouldn't be at breakfast because of early plans the next day. They provided breakfast foods in our room to take with us!

The shower water pressure wasn't very strong, and the temperature would change frequently depending on if other people were using it at the same time.

It was an amazing experience. The workers were really nice. The breakfast was so good and the space and the area were perfect. Really good AC. We loved it!

Something that no one can control - a lot of mosquitos in the city. The time of the workers clean the room is a little earlier than we use to, and they could have the hanging paper outside the room saying "you can clean the room or not". And the time for the breakfast is a little early than usual. Besides this, everything was amazing!

Authentic Italian B&B in a great location. Close to Rome Termini, the Colesseum, and lots of good restaurants that are reasonably priced. Classic Italian Continetial Breakfast provided each day in a nice garden setting. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and well presented with a modern bathroom and good sized shower.

One of my favourites places I’ve stayed in. The lady’s always had good vibes and helped us with anything. The breakfast was really good and prepared with love. The room was very clean and we even got tips for visiting Rome and a discount for the restaurant downstairs. We loved to stay at Casa in Monti and when we’ll be back for sure we’re gonna come back here. Thank you for everything!

Good, clean accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast in a great inner garden. Perfect location close to trains, metro and walking distance from Foro Romano and Colosseum. AC working well, even in the hottest period. If we return to Rome we would definitely consider staying here again.
