We loved our stay at Marta Inn! The location is great and the building is secure and safe. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They cleaned the room and changed the towels regularly. Coffee and drinks were always available, and breakfast is basically included because they brought us different croissants every morning! Amazing hospitality! 10/10 would recommend!

This is not a negative point, just fyi: For people who book a room with a separate bathroom, it’s completely private (no one else can use it) but keep in mind that it’s in a corridor next to other people’s rooms, so if you’re shy or uncomfortable going to the bathroom near other people, just keep that in mind :)

The location is very good, it is a 10-15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Station Termini is just 5 minutes walk away. Very friendly staff working there, ready to help you all the time. You have the kitchen, a lot of coffee. In the morning they bring you croissants for breakfast, while you are sightseeing they put water in the fridge, beer and also other beverages. There was a lady from Romania that was cleaning the kitchen and the rooms extremely well, really very well. The bathroom was perfect. You can also put your luggage to be stored at the reception of the hotel, which is very useful for the first and last day of your stay (you can walk around the city and take your luggage after that).

Love the fresh croissants every morning and how great staff and people are. Love having kitchen access also and the location is perfect.

Bathroom was down the hall - like maybe 15 feet. It was private, but you might still pass people coming and going. We didn't . With that being said I would like stay here again. What would be a bonus is if they included a robe with your stay so that if you encounter others as you come fm the bathroom, no big deal. won

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable. Its window opened on the main street but wasn't too noisy at night. I had use of a kitchen and excellent espresso machine. The staff were sweet and helpful. I felt safe there and was sad to go.

I was a little confused as I was contacted by a different name hotel and told to check in there, so I'm not even sure if I actually stayed at Marta Inn or an affiliated hotel. It worked out fine either way.

The staff were very helpful telling us how everything works on arrival. The room was spcious with plenty of space for our belongings, our bathroom was located out of the room but a great size and a lovely shower!

Wouldnt say I did like but I think there could be a better explanation of how to get into the building. We were let in through the main get and building but then we did not know where to go. We found the recpetion and rang the bell with no answer. In the end we called the whatsapp number and someone came to get us.

Marta Inn was so cute and had lots of nice little touches like slippers, snacks, and coffee bar. I had a room with a private bathroom in the hallway which was conveniently located very close to the room itself, both of which are inside the apartment style hotel. The location was nice, in between the train station and Monte. The staff was very kind and helpful.

It can be a little challenging to check-in. Make sure to have either a phone that functions in Europe or contact them in advance.

The staff is super nice, especially the lady who welcomed us. Easy to contact and replied quickly. Room was good, and lovely with the shared kitchen and outdoor area. Delicious and fresh pastry provided for breakfast and a decent coffee machine ready for anyone to use.

The location on Google maps is a little off, which made it a little hard to find the place. The bathroom is a bit tight but was clean and worked.

I'm not a fan of big cities and noisy hotels, but Marta Inn exceeded my expectations: it is off-street (with a private patio area in back plus a garden in front), *very* quiet, pet-friendly, and a fresh pastry is delivered every morning (to go with the yoghurt found in the in-room fridge). Shared kitchen with coffee-making capabilities. I didn't need the air conditioning, but it's there! Easy walk from Roma Termini station. Lots of great restaurants super close (shout out to Shwarma Station). Dog park a three-minute walk away. Overall great experience.

Off-street building meant that it was difficult to find.

We liked the location - next to a magnificent basilica. We easily walked from Termini with our luggage. Every morning there were croissants and yoghurts. In the kitchen there are capsules of coffee, tea, cream, sugar. We recommend for accommodation.

The reception and the hotel are located on different streets. It would be better to meet guests right at the hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and messaged us multiple times to check if everything is okay. Some other reviews mentioned noise from other guests however, we did not have any issues during our stay. There were complimentary croissants each morning that were different every time as well as free coffee and tea in the kitchen. The area around the apartment felt extremely safe and has a great location. The apartment was great and made our trip that bit more special.
