The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay: plenty of towels, including a kitchen towel, a variety of dishes (even wine glasses, a corkscrew, and a bottle stopper), pots, a colander, scissors, olive oil, salt, sugar, tea, and coffee. The bed linen was snow-white and new, and the pillows and mattress were very comfortable. What was particularly important for us was the comfortable temperature inside the apartment. Even though we stayed in winter and were worried it might be cold (since heating issues are common in Italy), the temperature was perfect. I'm confident it will be great in the summer too, as the apartment is equipped with two air conditioners. The location of the apartment is fantastic – one of the main Papal basilicas is right nearby, and a bit further, you'll find the Colosseum and other major attractions of Rome. Within walking distance, there are plenty of pizzerias, cafes, shops offering local products and supermarkets with affordable prices. Overall, we are thrilled and hope to stay in this apartment again!

We rented 2 apartments for our family of 6. A 2 bedroom and a studio. The location was good. Close to the train station. It's on a quiet little side street with a great café and restaurant close by. The apartments were very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host met us there upon our arrival. Easy check-in and check-out.

I thought our apartments were going to be connected but they were not. It wasn't a problem though. They were right down the hall from each other. These are very small spaces without a living/sitting area but it was fine for our purposes.

- Two separate doors open into the apartment from two separate corridors, but I was only given the key for one door. Made me feel uneasy to not have complete access to the apartment while someone else does - People yelling in the inaccessible corridor in the middle of the night, every night during my stay

The whole apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The host was charming and helpful; he gave us information about restaurants and activities we could do in Rome, and we had flexibility with our check-in and out. You can see that he is running his business with love and care. We suggest it to everyone and the location is just perfect we walk the whole of Rome without public transport.

The apartment we had wasn't too bright, but nothing to complain about, because it's a general thing in most apartments in Rome and we are used to our apartment with a lot of natural light!

The host was super helpful with all the information, the location is excellent, and the apartment is comfy.

The tenant in the ground-level apartment is sometimes too loud in the evening hours. Additionally, we encountered some issues with managing the lights in our room; if we turned off the main light, some lamps and switches did not work. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend staying here. I will definitely be back.

I liked the 2 bedrooms, divided by a slider door, small kitchenette was very convenient. Also had laundry, it was great would stay again and definitely recommend!! I would stay longer as I was only there for 2 nights but next time if I had to stay again and longer I would choose this place. Place was very clean and beds were comfortable! Has a small elevator for your luggage, there are a few stairs to get there just an FYI which is very common it Italy especially in Rome.

We have communicated with the host through WhatsApp. All our questions have been promptly answered. The apartment has all the necessary appliances, cleanliness is very good. Very close to Colosseum - 5 min walk.

However, I would recommend if the host will have sent all the instruction just after booking, to know all the process in advance. I imagine that not everyone will have internet access all the time. The view of the apartment is to an internal building court. Nothing exciting to see and you don't actually get to see the sunlight

The location was very good, very close to Collosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore. The appartment was very clean and had almost everything we need. Very quiet and pleasant. The host was very kind and helped us with everything. We had a very nice stay! Thank you!

The small frying pan should be changed, but it's not a big deal. I will talk to our host and inform him of the issue. The space is not that big, but that's to be expected in the center of Rome so that's also not a big issue.

Modern apartment, comfortable and clean. Michele was from a distance very friendly and helpful. The situation is excellent, both to arrive as to visit the city. The insulation towards the noisy street is sufficient to keep most of the noise out (of course windows needed to remain closed at night). We were allowed to leave our suitcase for the whole day, after leaving the apartment.

The wifi and the roaming network are not good at all. As good as was the insulation towards outside noises, the inside insulation is unfortunately not good at all. Our neighbours were very noisy, as well above as next to us, starting from 6 am and sometimes also late in the evening. We heard the noise like they were in our apartment. Small remark : a decent coffee or espresso machine would have been nice.

Everything is excellent. The apartment "colosseo" is renewed. The 2 bedrooms are very big. The bathroom is very comfortable. The shower is excellent after a day's walk. The hote is very thoughtful and told us very useful information for our stay.
