We were looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet room close to the Termini in Rome and found it. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. A bonus was a very good restaurant directly adjacent on the street.

The breakfast which was delivered to a very small table in our room was adequate but an uncomfortable experience.

Delia and her husband were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The location was a 8-10 min walk from Termini Station which made it easy for us to take the train from the airport (Leonardo Express) to the B&B and the train to the cruise port. The breakfast brought to our room each morning was lovely and was the perfect way to start our day before exploring the beautiful city. The B&B is also next to a great restaurant (La Famiglia) the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable.

The location is at least 25-30 min walk to the landmarks. When we travel, we expect to walk all day so this wasn't a concern for us but if it is a consideration, check Google maps for walking distances and plan accordingly.

The welcome from Delia was perfect. Having messaged us to say the room was ready just as we arrived on the train from the airport (easy 5 min walk away), Delia was waiting with a smile to show us our room and give us a map of attractions. The room was light, airy and immaculate with welcoming coffee, cakes, crisps and a small bottle of Prosecco which was fab after an early start and a long journey. The bed, pillows, en suite and shower facilities were all great with lovely birdsong from outside when the shutters and windows were open. The breakfasts were delightful and Delia brought the tray to our room at whatever time we requested. She was very kind and brought ours early one morning when we had to leave for a Colosseum tour. Nothing was too much trouble and Delia was a very kind and professional host. We would not hesitate to recommend the Freedom Love B&B. Thank you Delia for such a kind and friendly welcome on our first visit to Rome!

The location was amazing! Close to the train station so we walked with our luggage. Very easy! The room was stocked with coffee and snacks. A lively breakfast of our choosing was brought to the room. One morning we had to leave early for a tour and the gentleman was waiting for us and took us across the street for coffee and pastries. So kind! What a great way to ring in the New Year!

We loved everything about it! The family that runs the B&B gave us a map with tips circled for ease of navigating the city.

Located a 10 minute walk from the train station, through the large wooden courtyard gates and entrance to the building just in on the left. A lift takes you to the third floor where you will find the door to Freedom Love B&B. On entering you have the reception area, and a room off of that housing the massage chairs and water dispenser. We were greeted by our host and checked in and given our four keys, Courtyard, Building, Freedom Love and then our room. A very spacious room well furnished with great bathroom facilities. Your choice of breakfast is via a post it note left out on a peg on your door for the next morning and brought to your room. A quiet location, sandwiched between two restaurants, with a fantastic host, we were able to leave our bags there until our afternoon departure so we could enjoy our last day without carting luggage around. Two restaurants either side, one catering for budget and one more expensive, but both good, so after a day out we didn't have to venture too far for a great meal. Thanks for looking after us Freedom Love, we will definitely be back to take in more of Rome.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

I loved the way the room looked. You immediately noticed that there was a loving and caring attitude towards the living space. We were provided with complimentary refreshments, and an assortment of sweets to have for our enjoyment. There was also a concern for our personal comfort. We were each provided with a pair of house slippers for our own personal use. She was very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed this property and will definitely return again. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy place to be.

The only negative about the property is that the building has a very small elevator access to the floor of the property. It holds a maximum of two to three thin to medium sized guests. It is quaint. I actually loved it. However, there are stairs right next to the elevator for easy access.

We were met on arrival by Delia, who was just fantastic, so warm and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we could have breakfast delivered to our door to eat on our table and chairs each morning, all you need to do is hang your choices from your door. As Delia was talking us through the amenities it was quickly apparent she had thought of everything. There is even a spa room with some relaxation chairs, which were very much appreciated after a long day walking around in Rome. After our first day out and about we came back to find our room completely cleaned, we weren’t expecting it. My only regret is that we didn’t have any cash when we left as whoever came and tidied our room definitely deserved a tip. Thank you Delia and your team for making us feel so welcomed, you really were so lovely and we hope to see you again soon.

The owners were incredibly friendly, hospitable and kind. The place was super clean, spacious with a cute balcony and very comfy beds. They arranged taxis for us and helped out with luggage etc. the restaurant they recommended became our evening meal favourite. We both definitely felt the location was perfect for our weeks worth of site seeing around Rome. There is a good grocery store a block away, great restaurant just down stairs, and the accommodation was quiet. Truly perfect!

A touch of class in every way, everything you could ever want or need in a stay .The little extra touches make such a difference and set Freedom Love B&B a cut above the rest. Hostess Delia is so friendly, efficient & truly helpful , always greeting with a smile. I loved the experience of the massage chair after a busy day in Roma, such a great idea to offer guests this treat. Location is spot and very close to the central station.The restaurant below the B&B is an excellent choice for the best of local cuisine. Very smiley welcome. Good bright clean room. Comfy bed. No traffic noise. Excellent restaurant (La Familiia) next door. Breakfast of our choice brought to our room at the time of our choice. Because we departed early we were given croissants the night before.. Fortunately I wasn't there for work because there were continual problems with the wifi cutting out.

As said above, the wifi was unreliable. Sometimes it worked for a bit, but then cut out. The lovely owner had the same problem. I hope she gets to the bottom of it.
