Really good and polite host. Kim was very tolerant with my queries (even general Rome related) throughout the stay. Hotel is next to Hotel Noto, you may miss the Manila Inn signboard as it's small. I was able to check-in an hour early. Room was comfortable and was cleaned once during my 4day stay which was amazing as other places in Europe where i stayed longer didn't offer this service. Room is 7min walk from Termini station/metro which was good. Lot of restaurants just around the corner.

If you are an early riser, on weekends, it can be a bit noisy as there is a mexican/spanish restaurant downstairs playing music till late on weekends.

The location was amazing and the owner had good recommendations for meals close by.

The door handle was almost falling off and I had to use the key to lock myself in each night but then take the key out to use the plastic fob to run the power so if there was a fire or other emergency I would be a bit lost trying to unlock my doors in the dark to get out. That seemed a safety issue to me.

It's in a great location, near Termini. Romulo (our Philippine friend and hotel owner) is a great host. He was charmed and always recommended the best alternatives to exploring the city. The hotel is clean, the facilities are great and it looks exactly like the pictures. It's a great place to stay if you plan to visit Rome.

Amazing location. Few minute walk from Termini station, only 20-30 minute walk to popular attractions like Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi, etc. Halfway through our stay (we stayed for 4 nights), we had our room cleaned, towels and sheets changed. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Excellent location close to Termini station and metro lines A and B. Manager really friendly and helpful. Small hotel without on-site permanence, you need to call when you arrive to get access (but this was not a problem, the manager came in less than 1 minute). Clean and comfortable room with good WiFi, surprisingly quiet despite the location in central Rome. Lots of restaurants and pubs around. Definitely a very good address.

The location is great and near to all attractions. The room was very nice and clean, the bed very comfy and the host was really helpful, very polite and assisted us on everything that we needed. We highly recommend it and for sure we will stay again here in the future.

The owner, Romulo, met us early and allowed us to stash our luggage while the room was being cleaned. The price was exceptional and we will certainly stay again next time we travel to Rome. The room itself was big and the bed was comfortable.

It was in a very good location, close to Termini station, clean and comfortable.

My only complaint would be that I had trouble with the second key. It is a 3 key security apartment which made it feel safe but it took me a few minutes of fighting with the key every time I returned from an outing.

Location was great, the room was big and very clean! Close to some good restaurants, train station, the Villa Borghese Park to go for a run, ... The host is very kind and helpful

The host was really friendly. He works at the manila restaurant about 10 mtrs past the property..he will check you in. The room is comfortable and clean. The bed is comfie. Location is awesome especially if you want to be close to Roma Termini. It feels safe in the area with lots of places to eat. The room was quiet and we slept well.

It was great stay but these suggestions would make it even better, have a bigger rubbish bin, a soap holder in the shower and a towel rack in the bathroom.
