It was in a great location, clean and tidy. The room was spacious enough and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If we plan to revisit Rome, we will definitely consider the hotel

Everything was nice, wifi wasn't stable in our room but it didn't matter that much our phone had good service. Tissues in the room and toilet would have been nice

All the staff were good and they made us feel special. This is the principal aspect of the hospitality industry. My family was pampered, greeted well and all information provided, whether it was for nearby attractions, taxis etc. Special thanks to Gabriela, Anjelina, Luisatho, Houssane and Veronica. The room was big and clean. We were very happy with everything. Breakfast was good. We were given breakfast in boxes as some of our tours were very early. Centrally located. I would recommend it to all. Spanish steps and Trevi fountain are very near. This hotel has a history. Kindly know about it.

Our room was tiny! Nothing like the ones in the photos. We had to jump in bed of other person needed to walk round. Our ‘view’ was of the back of other buildings. Unfortunate room selection looking at photos of other rooms and views.

This place was a life saver, after having to leave my other hotel due to uncleanness, this place was ready for me at 5am, with a very nice and comfortable room. The staff was so amicable, they had options for people with gluten allergies, I really liked everything! The room is a little small but perfect in size for me. The bathroom was very beautiful decorated. The location couldn't be better, is a walk from the most important places to see in Rome, with the metro only 6 minutes away. I will be definitely returning to this hotel when in Rome

The TV wasn't smart. I love when you are able to watch Netflix or share content to the TV, so you can wind off after a nice day out and watch something before going to bed. The WiFi was also not so good, kept having to reconnect it.

Great hotel with superb staff. Perfect communications. Get them to arrange taxis for you to make the airport journeys painless. Very very comfortable bed. Good location. Excellent recommendations for very close restaurants. A couple of niggles with room. Don’t be put off though as overall super.

A couple of niggles with room. The bathroom extractor did not work. Nobody came running to help when I pulled the cord in shower a few times ….thinking it might have started the fan . I then realised the red knob was “ emergency”.

Once I was inside it’s like being taken back into time and like a Tardis! I was greeted by the night staff Gabriela who instantly made me feel calm and feel I was home. My room was clean and tidy everyday thanks to the housekeeping staff including Yanni. The day reception were equally helpful with Gabriela Viviana and others assisting throughout my stay. The jewel of this establishment were Veronica, Jasmine and Mark the most attentive servers for breakfast with attention to detail and having my pot ofI tea ready for when I was greeted with ‘Buongiorno!’ I had to cut my trip short due to unforeseen circumstances and Alessandro was understanding to my needs and dealt with the matter while I had my last breakfast before catching a flight! What an amazing location with the Piazza di Spagna right on the doorstep. The staff in every area were friendly and approachable.

The main concern was I got in quiet late at night and from outside it was like an old movie scene what with the alleyway to get to the hotel lift or stairs which then take you to the second floor.

Excellent location. Near la Scalinata di Spagna (8 min walking) Many restaurants and shops at walking distance. Elevator, A/C, quite room, safe area, good breakfast included, and large size bedroom & bathroom. Nice friendly staff.

The shower flooded and has no full door (only half glass door). There is no depth in the shower pan. I resolve it, placing 2 towels on the floor. Only 1 small glass shelve above the hand basin to place your toiletries in the bathroom. Very limited! A/C wasn't cooling the first night (only the fan was working). The reception provided a fan, and it was perfect. The following day, they fixed and no more problems.

It was a delight staying in this lovely hotel, the location was excellent, really close to all the amenities, a couple of minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Rooms clean and comfortable, just the bathroom could do with being slightly bigger. The staff were so helpful and really went out of their way, specially Angela, Alessandro, Mark. They are very welcoming and between them can speak quiet a few languages. We also took part in the sight seeing tours that are arrange via de Hotel and Virgilio was a superb tour leader, full of interesting facts, recommend these too!. You can see he really does this with his heart. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend anyone going to Rome to check this Hotel out. 100% recommended.

Very helpful staff, at the Reception, various times of the day. Breakfast (included in our booking) had generous assortment of coldcuts and fruits. All sorts of fresh bread, etc. Hotel offered (45-60 minutes) of free guided tours, with historic themes, in the evenings, in nearby areas. Provided by the hotels talented "Virgilio". This hotel is situated on one of three very historical roads in Rome.

In addition to very spacious walk-in-closet, the room could add some more drawers, for clothes, etc. Same with bathroom that needs som shelfs.

Very modern and up to date. Comfortable beds and the bathrooms were excellent. The staff are extremely professional, helpful, and kind. Its more of a boutique hotel which is great because it is quiet, cozy, and the staff gets to know you. The breakfast was excellent. Great location. Walking diatance to many landmarks and short taxi rides to the rest. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. You will be glad you stayed here.
