Its practically an airbnb rooms ,Great location near piazza spagna and plenty of restaurants and shops and close to via del corso shopping street, the area is pretty safe day and night , the room is clean and well maintained with all amenities , Alberto the owner is very nice gentleman and helpful and the bed is comfortable

There are no signs for the entrance , i had to look around with my luggage for long time before i found it exactly next to MCDonalds , the elevator is old style and very small that merely fits 2 persons without luggage , the keys of the entrance and the rooms is old steel keys they should replace with new wireless card instead. Nevertheless every thing else were just fine

The location is great because it’s close to Spagna station, but when I visited, the station was under construction, so I couldn’t take full advantage of it. There’s an elevator, so it’s not difficult to go up. However, the water in the bathroom sink and shower didn’t drain well, so I had to shower with the water flow on the lowest setting. There is air conditioning, and although it’s small, it does work.

If the drainage issue could be fixed, it would be great.

The check out hour was too early especially when you are in one of the most live cities 9:30-10 is really not a good option for the tourists.

The location of the accommodation is perfect, a few steps from the Spanish Square, 3 minutes from the entrance to the subway, 3 metro stops from Termini. It was very clean and comfortable, enough for us 5. The beds are normal, 180cm wide so that a smaller child can sleep with his parents completely comfortably. This was really great value for money and we recommend it.

It would be great to have a glass or two but we managed it also without.

The location.

Noisy, not only from the location but also from the neighbors. We had a problem with the hot water which we had to deal with ourselves. We only got guidance from the staff. For 3 days they didn't change our sheets, they only asked us about the towels. There is no place to leave your luggage. Everything was on the ground as there are no shelves in the wardrobes. There is nowhere to hang your wet towels after a bath to dry.

The location was perfect. The manager was very helpful, friendly and kind. The room was very clean and every day was cleaned. Espresso cafe in the room was excellent 👌👍. Sure i will stay there again in Rome !

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the ac didn't work.

Location is brilliant, Cleaned everyday. Communication is very good as no real reception. Fixed any problems we had very quickly

Room was basic but has everything you need, our room was very hot on the 1st day but they were quick to fix it and the bed wasnt the most comfortable.

Location is great, about one block to the Spanish Steps and to the Metro station! Room is a good size and very clean. I had requested extra pillows and they were in the room when we got there! The support person on the phone was very nice and very helpful when we called.

The only thing we had a problem with was the door, there is a little bit of a trick to opening it and it took a bit to figure it out.

Plenty of space. Bed was a little stiff but we used the blanket to put under the sheet so it was padding. The shower was nice, plenty of hot water. Elevator was small but functional for getting bags up. Instructions were good. There are many doors to get thru. The location was busy with the Spanish steps being so close. The table in the hall was well supplied with treats and drinks.
