Great location and within easy walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Novana and many shops and restaurants. Room was very clean when we checked in and the staff kept it clean throughout our 9 day stay. The shower was a nice size which you don’t always find in European hotels. Room was spacious with a nice size closet with hangers and shelves. The room also had a small safe and a mini fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Furuk. We would recommend this property!

The windows are good quality but on Friday and Saturday nights we could hear some loud guests at the restaurant next door. No big deal just be aware if you are a light sleeper and get a room facing the side street.

Excellent location in the center of Rome. You are able to reach all attractions within walking distance. The rooms are very clean recently renovated although the hotel located in a second floor in a residential building but I found the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. For the value we paid and the location we stayed, the hotel is excellent and highly recommend it.

I would recommend if the hotel would invest more in the entrance hall of the building as it looks more as a private residential with no looby or enough signs for a hotel.

The property is very welcoming. The staff are respectful, attentive, and helpful and very quick to respond to any requests. I absolutely love the location of the hotel, as it is near many of the important sightseeing places like Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Campo de Fiori, and Piazza Navona. It also is walking distance to the Colosseum and Spanish steps. In addition, the hotel is near multiple churches that are breathtaking when you walk inside them. Moreover, there is a lot of restaurant options near the hotel including Osteria da Fortunata, Mr. 100 Tiramisu, Baguette joint where they make great paninis, and cocktail bars. I would most definitely stay in this hotel again.

I would recommend the hotel management to invest in a good iron.

We arrived by taxi, the entrance was in an alley, the taxi had to park about a block away which cause us trouble rolling our suitcase on the cobble stone. The entrance is on the second floor and all our luggage didn't fit in the elevator. There was no directions on where the office was except for a small sign pointing upstairs. very confusing. May daughters stayed around the corner at the Plaza Novania which, if was coming back I would stay there.

Only problem we had was last day ordered taxi to ciampino airport from reception, and taxi took us to fiumicino airport as requested by reception?! obviously we didn't request this airport, so was a very expensive experience as we then had to transfer to another taxi to get to right airport, so probably better communication / understanding with reception staff. Also maybe a mirror in the bedrooms we travelled with teenagers and getting ready was hard work with one mirror.

The location is great, and though noisy in the evenings, shutting the window and the shutters kept things quiet. The room was larger than I’d expected from a reservation with “small” in the name—it was very compact, but not cramped. And the staff was extremely helpful with problems that had nothing to do with them, and explaining strikes (bus) and calling taxis. They were quite willing to store our bags when we arrived very early, and let us into our room three hours before check in. The room was bright, clean, and attractive. Charming, cheerful place. Loved the little courtyard at the entrance, and the fact that the elevator always worked.

The bathroom and especially the shower were tiny enough that larger people might have problems. Also, the bathroom pocket door latch lacked the hardware to latch. The unexpected step between the bedroom and bathroom tripped me once. The elevator has automatically closing doors the could be dangerous for children or inattentive people.

We loved the location of the hotel, very centric, close to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore, etc. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. The room keys and security were state of the art.

The entry to the hotel is a little awkward, on a side street where a portico leads to an inner courtyard and then the staircase and very small elevator. This hotel is located on the back of the more grandiose Palazzo Navona, which lends itself to confusion at first. We wished there was an iron in the room. Also, when leaving the room, the electrical outlets shut down which didn't allow us to leave some devices charging (our children's game consoles and our iPads/laptops).

The room was spacious will all necessary facilities. The location was great with drink and food options within only a few meters. Reception was helpful and available 24h/day.

There was no soap at the sink so you had to enter the shower cabin to get some shower gel to wash your hands. Also there were no towels hangers in the bathroom, so it was really inconvenient.

Really cute historic villa style with cute little nature courtyard. Felt timeless. The staff was helpful and nice. They held our luggage one night when we took a day trip to Venice. Our room was adorable, so fun to stay in. Privacy and sound were all great. Room service for trash and towels was helpful. Wonderful central location to walk to Campo Di Fiori, Pizza Navona, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. A little farther but still walkable Coliseum and area. And Piazza Popolo! So much to see and explore. Gelato and pizza everywhere. Found Buddys' vegan restaurant for great salads and healthy food other than carbs. Hope to stay here again!

We couldn't figure out how to use our bath tub. The showers were a bit awkward and got on the floor a bit at first. Room is more historic so careful with steps and balcony windows for kids.

The hotel room was spotless and staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough to help us, calling us taxis when needed and even upgraded our room! Location was excellent, right near the piazza Navona and on a side street which was well lit with enough people to ensure you felt safe walking home but quiet enough that there was no noise disturbance at night. Soundproof rooms and beautiful columns and original architecture as the hotel was originally designed as a Roman baths!

The room had a jacuzzi style bath within the main bedroom which is worth knowing depending on who you’re travelling with. All in all, a fantastic stay!
