The location is perfect, close to the main Termini train station, metro station, local busses, and hop on hop off tourist bus stop. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants at Termini train station. Breakfast was good with good choice. Staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful.

The small radiator in the bathroom was on and couldn't be adjusted, making the room hot during the night. Only one english channel on TV ( BBC World News ). Plug sockets were loose. Check-in on booking.com is stated as 16:00, which is misleading as when you arrive at reception, you are informed that check-in is at 14:00.

This is a good choice for anoyone looking for a mid-price hotel close to the main station. My single room was a decent size and well-equipped.

The staff were lovely the location superb. Rooms were comfortable. Couldn’t fault it.

The hotel is nice, the staff was friendly and what stood out in my opinion was the baggage service. The breakfast was also very good, with quite a variety of foods.

The location next to the main train station is not really the cleanest one in Rome, but all in all, the hotel was "like a clean island" in the dirty neighborhood.

Friendly welcome from helpful staff. Allowed us to store bags so we could explore. Breakfast was brilliant and roof top bar was lovely. The hotel is incredibly clean which made the stay more enjoyable and relaxing. The cleaners were brilliant. Hotel was in brilliant location surrounded by wonderful restaurants and places to have a coffee or cocktail.

Spacious room was very comfortable and welcome. We were able to open the windows which was a nice alternative to aircon. Some staff good, some borderline rude. A nice selection of restaurants around the corner.

Room was dark, as is the case in most older Italian hotels and apartments. A bit noisy. We could hear the people in the room next door and people in the corridor outside our room. I was reassured on line I would get early check in, but this did not happen. When we arrived we had to wait an extra 90minutes. There was plenty of comfortable sofas on which to wait and our luggage was stowed which was something.

Very close to train station, in a very nice safe neighborhood with many great restaurants in walking distance, and shopping

My only complaint was a bad smell in the bathroom probably from the plumbing . I let them know on check out and never asked to change rooms so not sure how it would have been handled

Very good location, two short blocks from the train station. Train was direct from the airport. Outstanding restaurants on all sides of the hotel, breakfast bar was really good.

Nearly got pickpocketed during the two block walk from the train station.

The room was spacious and clean, with a large bed, power points on either side with usb C, USB, and international power points. The bathroom was big and had some amenities. The breakfast was good. They had a decent selection but it did not change daily. My boyfriend loved the eggs that others did not like, so if you like moist eggs, you will enjoy them. They offered me gluten free bread and muffins daily for breakfast. The gym had new equipment and was well stocked for a hotel gym. We were very happy with our stay here. The location was perfect for us, especially if you plan to go places by train. We loved it here at hotel Nord Nuova Roma.

Late check in, 4pm was very late and we arrived at 8am to Rome. We had to walk around and find things to do all day whilst waiting.

Excellent location near termini station and some local restaurants, tourist attractions. Lovely roof top bar and friendly staff working up there

Just one of the receptionists( Marco) rather “ jobsworth” to a customer he wasn’t even checking in. She had a single room booked for her and her 9 month old baby and he argued she couldn’t have a single, left my check in process mid flow without a word to go off and phone another colleague, all the while dictating to his very nice colleague that the lady couldn’t have a single room. I had a single too and could easily have slept with a baby that size with plenty of room! This was my first impression of the reception staff , so it wasn’t a good one with this unsympathetic and rude attitude. The other receptionist and staff were all lovely. I did feel very sorry for lady concerned
