Hotel is very accessible to all important sights including the Big Bus Tours. Walking distance to Roma Termini was 5mins - best thing considering we needed to travel outside Rome. Variety of eateries/restaurants next to the Hotel. Breakfast was good and had variety with sweet fruit included. Room was soo spacious and lovely with blackout curtains so we could sleep in without light interruptions. The bed was very comfortable too.

Slippery shower cubicle - pauses great danger. We switched rooms after the light in our initial room went out and could not be restored.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast provided with variety of options. Good location to visit Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill.

Room was a bit warm even with air conditioning on.

We arrived very early due our flight from Newark arriving in Rome around 8 am. When checking in, we were offered luggage storage or another room, which was a much larger suite for 70 euros additional, which I accepted without hesitation. The suite was large and comfortable, and the large private terrace with spectacular rooftop views of Rome was a pleasant surprise. Location was excellent; short walk from Roma Terminale, Opera House, Roman Forum and Colosseum, Spanish Steps, etc. Reception staff were very professional, kind, and helpful.

The breakfast room was rather mundane and could use some improvement in decor and artwork. The service staff could have been more friendly, although they were exceptionally efficient in clearing plates and setting up new tables.

It was clean with a good location. Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning was poor and very weak wifi. Controlling water temperature in the shower was very erratic.

The location was great. Only 5 mins walking distance from the main train station. The airport shuttle bus stops are near the station. Many restaurants around here. 20-25mins walking to get to Colosseum or Trevi fountain. Breakfast was good. My girl liked the pancake making machine.

Located right next to the busy road, so quite noisy until late night and from early morning. Hotel wifi is not so strong. HOT WATER WARNING! If you're travelling with young children, you should be very careful. The water temperature is very volatile. Extreamly hot to warm temperature every couple of minutes.

Very good location, shops nearby and many restaurants. Most of the attractions and sights are reachable by foot. For places further away subway is located close to the hotel. Please expect that due to the location it can be noisy. Staff is very friendly and tries to help with every little thing.

Breakfast is ok, but not "very good". There is a selection, but it is the same items every morning. Breakfast room a bit of small compared to the size of the hotel, but the staff is cleaning up tables very quickly. Sometimes you have to wait a minute to get a table. Booking.com's description mentions a fire place in the room. Hotel staff was very surprised to read about it. Non of the rooms has a fire place.

Buffet, breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and fresh !

It was a really lovely hotel. The staff was always polite and helpful, and made us feel welcome. I had emailed them prior to our arrival make sure that we had the correct number of beds and that we could check in early if needed. They were quick to reply and answer my questions. Once there, the staff continued to be helpful. We were having trouble booking tickets online for an attraction and the staff handled it for us very quickly and easily. The furnishings are gorgeous and had an elegant atmosphere throughout. The towels were plentiful, fluffy and huge! We appreciated the towel warmer, a proper bidet, and overall cleanliness. We found the breakfast to be delicious and enjoyable but would have enjoyed some change in the offerings, as we stayed for a week and it did get a bit repetitive. It was however, very tasty and kept us satiated until well into the afternoon, which we greatly appreciated. and we looked forward to it every morning. The hotel is a very short work to Termini Station and to the beautiful Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore. There are some shops and many restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store.

Everything was just lovely except that the room temperature was very warm and it was too noisy at night to sleep with the window open. We adjusted the thermostat to the lowest temperature and it was still very warm. We did notice it was warm in the rest of the hotel as well, so perhaps that is the norm.

The staff is amazing! They certainly go above and beyond to make you feel at home and are very friendly. The hotel was nice but the staff certainly are the shining star of our stay. The second highest would also be very comfortable beds and super plush pillows which are HARD (pun intended) to find in Italy. In the month we spent in Italy most locations had firm pillows and mattresses, but this hotel was happily way more comfortable for us!

Great location but with the busy street comes with a little traffic noise, but wasn’t too bad. Quiets down at night so no impact to sleep.

The shower head was spraying water onto the wall I was unable to adjust Fortunately there was also a hand held shower so I used that We had a early tour on the 1 morning so we were given a packed breakfast which was very disappointing It was just biscuits, toast, jam with water and juice
