Restaurant was good value

The property is amazing, it's all full of statues and sculptures and artistic objects of many kinds. It even has a functioning pinball machine! The room is very comfortable and spacious, it even had a balcony. The room key is particularly entertaining as it has a ginormous snakeskin keychain, I loved it. The breakfast is also really great and is provided with great gluten free options.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay. The only problem I had is that I forgot my passport in the safe of my room and even with that the staff was perfect. They secured my document in the front desk until the next day when I went there to recover it.

The location was brilliaYnt close to public transportation in walking distance from great restaurants. 20 minutes by bus to most historical sites. The staff was phenomenal. Spoke English and was truly helpful. There is a restaurant on site. We didn't really eat there. I had a drink there and a was provided with chips and peanuts. It.was a great experience!

No washcloths lol. But I think that is cultural! Honestly it was a nice hotel big rooms friendly people breakfast was included it was great. The elevators are really small travel lite lol.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was spacious with very comfy beds. Although not centrally located to the major tourist sites, we were ultimately glad we stayed here because we liked the Trastevere area much more than central Rome.

The showers were outdated and it was very hard to take a shower without flooding water all over the floor.

Room - large, comfortable, bathroom well designed, clothes storage ok but a little weird. Good insulation against sound from other rooms. Breakfast - great, lots of variety, well laid out, nice areas to sit and eat. Staff - warm, friendly, helpful.

Room - Bad lighting in evening if you had to work. This was a serious problem. TERRIBLE view - ugly - would have been better to have a screen or something on the outside of the balcony instead of looking at the decaying building across the way. Depressing. NO WAY TO GET GOOD COFFEE BETWEEN 10 AM AND 5:30 PM -- BIG PROBLEM. There was a tiny Nespresso in the hallway, but you had to ask the desk for each coffee pod and for milk pods. No way to get anything but that. And it was a good 10-15 minute walk to a place you could get coffee. Since the hotel is somewhat isolated and far from restaurants, it's really important to have a good coffee service all day long.

I have been to Rome several times and considering other hotels I have stayed over the years, it is the Best one. In Rome the accommodation is always expensive, but you do not always get what you pay for. So this hotel was a positive surprise. Close to everything in Trastevere on foto, but the bus station is nearby for other destinations. The size of the room was much larger than expected.

Not my first time there, so returning is always a good sign! The location is great, very well connected by public transport and walking distance to many point of interest. Staff is always very friendly and available. Style of the premises is unique and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast - except coffee from machines which is a shame in italy...

It was spacious. Had balcony. Close to the bus route, and the many attractions, breakfast was exceptional and had many options to choose. Staffs were nice. Shuttle and tax was arrange by the staffs.

Couch had stained and looked old, stained and some torned. Mini bar was not free. AC leaks, bathroom shower pain is falling and noted strange bug crawling at time in the bathroom. Otherwise, every thing was ok.
