Our rooms were very suitable and comfortable , maybe need a little decorating/ updating but nothing major. Perhaps a nice touch would be to supply at least one bottle of water per person a day, seeing as a fridge is provided. The staff were very, welcoming, polite , helpful and obliging. Breakfast for vegans was a little limited, but well catered for Coeliacs like myself. Location was excellent for all the main sites and hotels , if we travel to Rome again we would certainly consider this hotel again.

Great location between Vatican city and the colloseum. Stay 2 nights and walk left one day, and right the next day. You'll be able to see all of Rome easier on foot. I had my car parked a couple streets down by the barber, it's 4 euros every 8hrs. With certain times not paid for (during night hours) or you can pay the hotel 30 euros per night for their garage. Breakfast was good til 1030am. Elevator is small, staff is friendly, carpets in room should be torn out, bed sheets and towels are clean. It's 6 euros per night per person tourist tax. Thank you.

The staff is uniformly very friendly and attentive, flexible, helpful and professional. The rooms and public spaces are clean and kept neat. The location is excellent.

The hotel is due for some renovation - furniture, mattresses, floors, shower stalls could all use renewal. The policy of not activating the room air conditioning system (hotel-wide) despite the heat made our first room unbearable (thankfully we were able to change rooms thanks to the staff's intervention). Breakfast is OK, but not more than that.

I would definitely repeat. The hotel is very nicely located, you can easily walk, and the area feels safe at all times. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfy.

You could tell the hotel was old. The sockets (2) in the room were not great, and both of us had bad contact while charging our phones. Amenities weren't so great, but I could find a sewing quit downstairs at the reception when I needed it.

The location is absolutely perfect. It is near everything but it is more peaceful than the chaos in the very center. It is near Vatican and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Also, it is a walking distance from every important thing to see in Rome. The staff was very helpful and polite. The sweets from the breakfast were amazing.

The hotel should be renovated. Also, the sound proof was awful. You have the feeling that the neighbors are in your room. You can hear them everything and listen every time they move. Also, the breakfast could be more with choices especially with the salty things. The choice of TV channels is very poor and there were problems with the signal.

I liked the convenience of nearby public transport and the variety of buses into central Rome. The food available at breakfast was good, plentiful and healthy. The coffee was of a higher quality that many other hotels I have stayed in! The staff were friendly and helpful and did make my stay very enjoyable.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff were all polite and friendly. Everyone was keen to help, It was within walking distance for most of the main attractions. There were lots of restaurants close to the hotel. There was a few buses across the road from the hotel to take you to places like the colosseum.

The only things I was disappointed about was the hotel room was a bit dated but not enough to stop me from going back again. We were on the sixth floor. When we used the lift it was a bit wobbly .

The hotel was just perfect with everything they provided. On the main street in Cicerone, easy accessible and very good transport. Bus stop across the road 87, 990 and 81 which are very frequent which take you to all the touristic sites.

We asked for an iron every single day and was told we would get this when they get it back from other guests but this never happened.

The hotel is nicely located within walking distance to Vatican, bus stops and a metro station. Getting to the sights in Rome is easy from the hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory with different choices of breads, hams, pastries on top of its usual hot breakfast staples of scrambled egg and bacon.

The air conditioning, wifi connection and bed were outstanding. After travelling for 3 weeks, this was by far the comfiest stay. The staff at iH were incredible, especially the front desk staff who checked up on us as young travellers. The cleaner was working non stop all day and worked around our schedule. Although it might seem far from Rome, the street was quiet, and there were amazing restaurants surrounding the hotel. It was a short 15 min walk to the main shopping street in Rome. Highly recommend!
