FOURHEADS suites have an excellent location, approximately 100 meters from the Pantheon on one side and Via del Corso on the other. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious and very clean. Cleaning service was available every day. Excellent value for money.

In our room the shower cabin and the rest of the bathroom were separated. The shower only had a glass door separating it from the rest of the room, which we didn't like. A little intimacy would be nicer :-). Also, although it was not a problem for us, it would be good if there was a possibility to serve breakfast.

The location and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

The shower needs modifying as water flows out on the floor due to the design. The lift is tiny and hard to get suitcases up or down stairs. We had a noisy neighbour who hose door was slamming in the hallway at night. A quiet time policy would beneficial to help people sleep. The extra tourist tax only payable in cash is frustrating.

I really loved the place itself, it was very Christmasy, cozy and warm and quite modern. The room was big and it was honestly in a very close location to the place we've went there to visit for. The breakfast was really fresh and nice as well! The stuff was lovely and accommodating.

I have to say the beds were quite soft (I like at least a more firm mattress) felt a bit like I was sunk into it which isn't super good for my back. The other thing was that it was quite easy to hear people through the walls and the door and even the window - for us it was only one night so not a big deal but just good to be aware.

The location of this hotel is very good, it is close to city attractions, and it is only a few minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. There are also many restaurants nearby, and eating is very convenient. I would like to express my special thanks to the staff at the front desk of the hotel. She is beautiful, kind, and helpful. As my eye was injured, I needed to see a doctor upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel staff helped me call a taxi and recommended a good clinic. Later, my eye was cured here, and with her help, I was able to call a taxi every day and successfully went to the clinic. At that time, we had just flown from China to Italy and were unfamiliar with everything, and I suffered a painful eye injury. Without her help, everything wouldn't have gone so smoothly. I am fortunate to have booked 4 nights at this hotel in Rome, which allowed me to recover smoothly and have a happy journey ahead. Great location, walking distance to the colesseum, piazza navona, trevi fountain and even the Vatican. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mini bar was stocked with still and sparkling water as well as coke and Fanta free of charge and it was restocked daily which was a lovely gesture.

It is a bit of a shock at first sight as it does not have any sign outside to indicate that it is a hotel(in fact nothing has the hotel name on it). Also when you enter the building which also has private apartments you have to walk past the bins which does not create good impression.

PAX Hotel is centrally located in the city of Rome. Walking distance to pretty much everything. It was a few minutes away from the Trevi Fountain. The staff were exceptional. It was our first time in Rome, and they gave us a map outlining all the touristy areas and how to get there, as well as some local favourites. I was looking for laundry facilities, unfortunately they did not have those on site, however, they recommended one which was pretty much around the corner. There's also an elevator in this building to bring your luggage up if needed.

Very nice, helpful reception. Prepared water and soft drinks in the fridge for free. Coffee capsules are also free. They replaced what we consumed three times for free. They cleaned every day. They didn't make any noise in the morning. It was centrally located, but on a quiet street. There was no noise either day or night. There was a jacuzzi in the room. The massage tub was very good after the long day. Free piper, very super quality. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The towels were treated with some sort of vinegar rinse. It didn't smell so nice, but it wasn't bad.

The location is fantastic- very close to all the main sites but on a quiet street with no traffic. The staff were so kind and helpful- Francesco was wonderful! The room and the reception area were always exceptionally clean and the the bathroom was very nicely fitted out with a walk in shower and a big sink. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room looked over an internal court yard with lots of air conditioning units so didn't have a view and not practical to open the window- not a big issue and we chose not to pay for a premium room with a view onto the front.
