Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome. Made to feel very safe considering it's within an apartment block. Lovely room, comfortable, quiet bathroom was lovely. The lady we met there was really really polite and could not be more helpful. Made us feel very much at home.

There was nothing I didn't like. To be extremely picky, the fridge worked but wasnt at all cold and it wasn't massively sound proof but again not a complaint. But these little things really did not affect our time there.

Elisa was a lovely host, contacted us prior to our travel dates and was already waiting for us when we got there. Spacious room and really clean. Comfortable beds and a big bathroom, spotless and well kept. We had a room facing the street but as soon as the windows were closed it was very quiet. We were nicely surprised as there's tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. Also a small common area with two small tables and a free coffee machine. Breakfast at the bar next door was included in the stay, bar staff very friendly. Nice touches and we recommend it.

Only one night had someone watching tv until very late in the adjoining property (not in our hotel) and could hear it through the walls. The trams aren't running in Rome at the moment so there was slightly less public transport than usual but once we got the hang of the buses it was fine. Tip- many of the buses that stop in piazza Dalmazia behind the hotel to drop you off as you come from the city, when going in the other direction (going toward the city) need to be caught from across the main road and down a side street. They don't have a stop in P. Dalmazia. But there are regular services and Policlinico Metro is about a 15min walk.

This hotel is really good value for money. The hotel has a great location close to busses and a 12 minute walk from the metro. The bed is comfy, everything is very clean and our room even had a fridge which was perfect during the summer heat. There are quite a few good restaurants and ice cream places around. The hotel is next to a semi-busy road, but we only noticed when we opened the window because the traffic noise was completely shut out by the windows.

Nothing. Would book it again in no time.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, with a comfy bed and big windows to the street. The bathroom was very large with a good shower! It was really nice to have coffee available in the bnb plus the breakfast voucher for the cafe close by! Will be recommending to friends visiting Rome!

It was a little further away from the tourist areas than we thought, but the area itself was nice and a bit more local with nice restaurants, supermarkets, and bars closeby!

The room is really comfort and big, with air conditioners, and the breakfast is included. There is also a drinking machine in the kitchen, with cold water and room temperature water provided. The host is really nice. The staff makes your bed everyday. You would need four keys to enter your room from the main entrance, very safe.

The shampoo and soap are in small size so you have to buy your own if you travel in summer (but the staff brings a bottle of shampoo the next day). The towels are changed every three days, extra change is 20 euros/time, if you need to take shower frequently, you may want to bring extra towels on your own.

The team is very helpful and communicative 24/7. There's an A/C, a water cooler and a coffee machine which is a huge plus. The place is also very clean and well maintained. Our room had a nice street view & a private bathroom/ shower. The neighbourhood is overall safe and well supplied with supermarkets, cafes & some restaurants. There are plenty of bus stops in the area to take you to the downtown & the main attractions.

Everything was wonderful. I can't say enough positive things about it. Cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, internet, neighborhood, etc. Just wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. Alessandra was a warm and welcoming host full of energy and enthusiasm. We were not very familiar with the neighborhood so this was a great opportunity to explore. We will most definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

Very quiet, charming room facing away from main road. Spotlessly clean, nice bathroom. Good coffee and water available in the kitchen. Bus 80 takes you straight to the main tourist areas and is easy to use. Simone is very welcoming and helpful, communicates well. I would definitely return.

Breakfast voucher for a coffee and cornetto only, perhaps something more is possible? Breakfast location is convenient but not as charming as the B&B.

We really liked the room, the whole place was very quiet and clean. The neighbourhood is fantastic as there are many restaurants and transportation to all parts of Rome. Alexandra welcomed us very friendly, if we return to Rome we will definitely book here again.

Very clean. Portable water and espresso machine in the shared kitchen. Double glazed windows; reducing traffic noise. Our room overlooked Viale Regina Margherita; gave us opportunity to observe local scenes. Room has mini fridge, air-conditioning, hair dryer, extra pillows.

Though iron was available on demand, there was no ironing board.
