The location of this hotel is perfect, within walking distance of all major sites like the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. We ordered a private car to pick us up at the airport through the hotel at a competitive price making the travel from and to the airport convenient and easy. The breakfast was perfect for us, with a bit of everything brought to the table, excellent coffee, and smiling and friendly staff. Our room was behind the elevator with a little bit of noise, but far less than what I have had elsewhere. After a long day roaming the streets of Rome, sleeping was not an issue at all :-)

The room temperature was high, with no opportunity to open the windows. It might have been me being unable to get the ventilation working as it should.

The hotel is a renovated old convent with all the modern conveniences. The location was perfect for the sights of Rome. Easy walking distance to the Metro Subway station. Subways were inexpensive. Taxis were easily available. Uber app worked well. The hotel staff were super nice. Maria or Maritzia was notably special The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortabke. Air conditioning in mid August was a welcome relief from the heat. Breakfast was delicious. Although we were not able to have breakfast until the last day of our stay. I think this was a prime location and an absolutely delightful staff who were accommodating and engaging without being obtrusive. I will recommend it to our friends and families! The effectiveness of and professional hotel staff. Superb service from all staff.

Allocated room was too hot, due to aircon not being turned on until latter in the year. The hotel provided a fan, but it did not provide a complete solution. Consequently sleep was poor and disturbed.

Staff were excellent apart from a trainee waiter having an off night but even he was a lovely person. They tried really hard to make our stay special unfortunately a few things didn't work out as they had planned. They worked extremely hard to put right the things that had gone wrong. The breakfast offer was fantastic.

It was very dark especially the first room. The food in the restaurant is below average for Rome in my opinion.

Great location, access to main tourists sites within 10-20 min walk. Warm staff and the room ceiling is high, size is good for two. We got upgraded to Terrance room with two small balconies, which is nice, but recommend not to leave it open in warm weather coz of insects and cockroaches (can’t avoid in Rome!)

room temperature is a bit high but since we went in March, it is manageable, summer might be hot although they have air conditioning, not user friendly, might need to ask hotel staff for help. quite noisy from the street but can’t complain because of central location. Sounds prove between rooms and hallway should be improved

The location was brillant, minutes walk to many of the famous sites. The room was large, clean and bed was very comfy. Breakfest was 7 to 11 each day and the array of fresh fruit and lovey breads and pastries. there was also a cooked option

The lift was old and rickety and had a restriction of one person as a time.

The location is perfect for your on-foot visit to Rome. The reception staff is very helpful, they helped us with restaurant bookings, with directions and recommendations and also organized a snack for us on our way out in the very early morning. Our room had a view on a gorgeous Catholic church, did not face the roads and was very quiet. Bar in the restaurant is really good

AC is a little noisy. The breakfast in the time of covid is not a buffet, but a menu, which is disappointing

Great location to explore Rome but still quiet. Friendly staff with great English. Very clean and smelt divine! Unique style , very funky. Large, quiet room with a comfy bed. Great shower and extra toiletries. The free supply of bottled water in the fridge much appreciated due to the heat.

Perfect location. Not far from roman forums, colloseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps and trestavere. It was all in walking distance. Twist on a modern room. Beautiful bathroom with windows in it. Friendly and helpful staff.

The restaurant didn’t have a good variety on the menu. Eg. French fries
