The room had everything we needed and more (we didn’t know we were going to have a kitchen available -shared with one more room-). Could have been a bit bigger but price quality was great. The bed was a solid 10, two type pillows to choose per person (one memory foam and one normal filling). Wifi worked great, airco, fan, mini fridge, great big towels changed daily, very silent street, central location. We could park the scooters outside the hotel.

The TV worked a bit weird, took forever to load and I couldn’t find cable available (news). But to be honest I didn’t really care. I would add some blackout curtains and it would be all perfection.

The location is extremely good, all the main objects are within walkable distance. The apartment is great, quite spacious, with all the toiletries provided. Cleaning service might also be used every day. The communication with the host was really fast and good.

You have to wait for hot water to flow for around 4 minutes, but we were told this before our arrival, therefore it was not a big problem.

Had everything I needed for my trip, the location and value for money was the best I found.

The only point was I couldn’t get onto the wifi for my room but managed to get onto a wifi from somewhere else within the property

The location was amazing, it was clean comfy and brilliant cost for money.

There is no 24 hour reception so can only get in to reception between certain hours which was a slight inconvenience due to flight times. However when available, staff were very polite and helpful.

Good location, central and quiet. Smart tv. Access to roof garden was nice

No airconditioning, and the all fans were very noisy. Also no way to close one of the rooms due to curtain being stuck in between. we got assaulted by mosquitoes

The third bed in triple room was very uncomfortable. The host tried to fix, which I appreciated.

The location of the apartment is perfect, it has a beautiful open lobby area, which gives you a little home-like feeling. nearby you have two paid to park garage spaces and paid street parking available. If you are lucky you can get the parking in the street at less price.

The beds, the 3rd bed in each room is actually a sofa which is not a problem but has spring(not cotton or foam) underlying.

The property is in a very convenient location. The host was very helpful and helped us with late check in process with effective communication. Highly recommend this property.

The property sometimes had sewage smell but not strong. The aircon grill was broken but the aircon was working fine.

The apartment located close to the center and to the Termini. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There was a small well-found kitchen between two apartments where we could drink coffee for free.

The room was on the grand floor and our room was faced to the smoking area. It was under our window and we just have blinds and do not have curtains. It could couse embarassing moments. The reception open at 10 am. and the check out is also at 10 am therefore we could not leave our luggages.

Apartment was clean, location was strategic and staff comunicated thru whatsapp whenever needed

A hot air was coming out in my room eventhough I switched of main switch
