The entire complex is perfect for anyone looking to stay close to Pisa Airport, like ourselves. But not wanting to be in the city. They provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The meals and service in the restaurant (which you must book in advance) were top class.

To be honest, very little not to like, just minor little things that we did not bother to say anything to the management about. The light quilt for the bed was still a little too warm to our liking when using, a light blanket or throw would have been more suitable in our opinion. The batteries in the air conditioning remote were flat, but it was past midnight when trying to use it, and it was our last night in the hotel, so the reason why we never mentioned it to the great staff.

Generally very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

(1)Steep stairs and no bannister with no option of a lift was a challenge with heavy cases. (2)We chose the hotel partly because it had a restaurant. However, when we arrived, we were told the restaurant was fully booked that evening. Had we been told that was a possibility, we could have booked months before. As there were no other restaurants within easy walking distance, that was a major inconvenience.

The building is a real gem and take us back in time. Free parking is always a plus and the scenery makes this stay a charm.

Bed could be more comfortable and less noisy. Not having an elevator can be quite challenging with the baggage. The rooms are not sound proof as we could hear people talking on other rooms and on the corridor. Being an old recovered property has advantagens and disadvantages.

Beautiful accommodation with stunning grounds and views. Only a short taxi from Pisa (although it costs around €20 for only 1.8 miles but that’s got nothing to do with the accommodation, just worth knowing) you cannot walk it due to the highway. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cater to what you need for a stop off stay.

No hot drink facilities within the rooms.

Out in the countryside. Our window opens and the view is mainly green fields and trees. Room is spacious and simplistic in a classy way: iron bedstead, sweet wooden dresser, delicate chandelier, ceiling with exposed wooden beams and wood floor. Very clean. Very hot water in the shower and pressure is alright. Large towels! Outlets on both sides of bed. 4 pillows! Provides wooden hangers and a clothes rack. Vaulted ceiling over bed. Many beautiful brick ceilings throughout building. A lovely view of fields from the dining room. Breakfast begins at 7:30 and has yogurt, breads, croissants, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs cooked to order and coffee to order - all of the foods we had were delicious!

No bottles of water available in the room - just one can of 'still' water and one can of 'sparkling' water. No way to refill water bottles that we brought. Large plastic lamps and large plastic shapes (that light up at night) are scattered over green area - for us didn’t match with a 'farm' stay. Light switch for bathroom is outside of bathroom and behind the door - not convenient. Near a busy road - we were hoping to hear the sounds of the countryside not of cars passing by.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern, lots of variety of food for breakfast. The drive to Pisa central was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even helped me locate a bottle warmer for my daughter's milk, something I've never experienced before! Very pretty scenery in the surrounding area. We were very happy with our stay, just wish there was a pool as there is definitely room for it 😀

It was nice location with small but beautiful territory. We had easily place to park a car. Staff was pretty friendly

We didn't think of booking a restaurant for supper in advance, so it was full during our stay and we had to go eat at another place. But receptionist gave us the list of places to choose. And in the evening there was very strong smell from kitchen. We could feel it at restaurant area and at reception

This Italian rustic hotel is absolutely charming on the outskirts of Pisa. Surrounded by open fields with the mountain backdrop. Approx 25 min walk to the Pisa Piazza. 10 mins by bus - bus stop approx three hundred meters from the hotel entrance. Those guest with hire cars - parking very easy at the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the staff are lovely…

Loved this farm house stay. Very spacious room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice and many options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were 2 functions whilst our stay but were never disturbed at all. Very quiet and relaxing. Good parking.

Only problem was the driveway/entrance had pebbles and use of disability stroller was very hard to use.

The hotel room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinners we had at the hotel were delicious. The staff were very helpful to advise where to go and local restaurants.

It is slightly far from the town and the road is not very suitable to walk to the town. We had a hire car but without a car location is not optimal.
