The location was so so perfect , just one step away from Leaning Tower! Also from some rooms you might see it in front of your window!

Don’t go by your car near by the hotel , to avoid any type of fee since it is a limitation traffic zone

Location is unbelievable, the tower is almost in your room!! Very comfortable, spacious, clean and excellent location.

The location was amazing. I think it is the closest hotel to the Tower of Pisa. Central to all attractions in Pisa, great restaurants and shopping. Room was functional, safe and extremely clean, with AC and frescos on the ceiling. I would highly recommend for a short stay in Pisa.

TV was all Italian with no access to login to Netflix etc.

Everything. The location was right at the leaning tower, the duomo, the baptistery so perfect, I could see the tower from my room. Beautiful room with an amazing shower in the bathroom. Lovely staff and a cosy living room and balcony space with coffee and aperitifs. 💯 recommend

Location perfect!! Your view is of the Tower so couldn't get any better than that. The guy at reception was lovely booked our taxi for us to airport the following morning.

Everything was great in this location! The staff was the friendliest ever, and the location is the best, right across the Pisa Tower. I loved seeing it from my window late at night and early in the morning. Under the place, there are many restaurants and bars; everything else is within walking distance. In the room, there was a water boiler, and I made some tea. There was even a little common area on the floor to relax. The room and the bathroom were perfectly clean. If I travel to Pisa again, I will stay in this place without a second thought.

It’s a 2 star property charging 4 star prices largely for its location. The room we had was old and there are absolutely zero facilities in this property. It’s also noisy at night due to people taking photos of the tower, even at 3 am in the morning and by 7am the restaurants and bars downstairs are opening and making noise also, along with the refuse collectors picking up bottles bins of glass bottles making huge glass smashing noises. It’s not a place to stay if you are a light sleeper.

Location, location, location! We had the most amazing view of the leaning tower, restaurants and cafes just beneath our room, market within walking distance as well as access to taxis and the train station. Although there were tourists outside the hotel, cafes/restaurants until late at night, as soon as the windows and shutters were closed we couldn’t hear a sound. Beds were comfy. Staff was really helpful, AC worked perfectly. Very clean and tidy. The bathroom was a bit small - however very clean, towels topped up. Can’t complain. I would 100% come back to this hotel!

It was fine for us but there is no lift for anyone who has mobility issues, stairs were a bit of a steep climb!

The view is as you expect and exactly as the photos show - we were in the family suite and directly overlooked the tower. If you want to be in the center and have the perfect view then this is the hotel you want. We would definitely book this again if we visited in the future.

The bathrooms have a slight “sewage” odor which whilst it didn’t spill into other rooms and didn’t spoil the stay, should be mentioned. (though this is more an issue of Pisa plumbing in that area as the restaurant below had the same smell when walking past). Obviously as it’s right in the Centre there is no parking, we travelled by car and the hotel recommended local car parks, but please check reviews of the car parks before choosing.

Oh I absolutely loved everything at this property. Staff is absolutely amazing. Loving , caring, intuitive. They are going above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need and to accommodate all your needs. Luka is absolutely amazing. He was helping me with my suitcases, very carrying, he brought bottle of water to my room I didn’t even ask for, now.. how amazing is that. Lady in the morning was so nice and kind. My flight was very late after I checked out so she told me that I can leave the suitcase and if got tired I could stay at the hotel in the living area upstairs. Absolutely amazing staff. Oh and did I tell you about location… well it has a view of the Pisa tower and as soon as you walk out you are right there. Restaurant is outside the property so you can sit there for hours looking at the tower. My stay was absolutely amazing and yours will be too. You will not regret staying here. Loved the hotel, loved my room. Beautiful.
