My room was awesome for a solo traveler, it had a single bed. The location was great as it was close to both the main train and bus stations as well as being accessible to the other neighborhoods of Venice. Make sure you communicate with the manager ahead of time as I didn't and it was somewhat challenging getting into the building. Service was great though, love the espresso that is provided to you.

I had a shared bathroom, which really wasn't a problem. The space is pretty small with not a ton of rooms so you're not sharing the bathroom with a ton of people. The air conditioning unit is small but it does a decent job at keeping the room cool.

Lady at the property was very kind to give us the key earlier for check-in and we also could leave the luggage until later time after check-out. It was very helpful. The location is fantastic, it's in Venice close to the center. Room and bathroom were clean and cozy.

There were two little details: Suprising was that kitchen was locked, and we had to take the water for tea and coffee in the bathroom. Then, there were also other rooms, there was someone in one of them as in an AirBNB which was unexpected, we didn't know in advance.

We were able to walk to our accommodation from the train station in under 15 min. and it was an easy walking distance to the Rialto Bridge area. The charming gentleman who handled the booking met us on-site and gave us lots of useful sightseeing information, allowed us to store our bags before check-in and answered all of our queries during our stay. There are 2 shared bathrooms and there was never a problem with availability.

The eating area had a table top (with a coffee machine, kettle and microwave on it), but there was limited seating and no plates or cutlery that we could see.

The location of the property is fantastic! Situated close to the train station, we found it incredibly convenient upon our arrival in Venice. Additionally, there is a supermarket and numerous cafes nearby, enhancing the overall convenience of the area. Being centrally located in Venice allowed us to explore all the main attractions on foot. The apartment itself comfortably accommodated our family of four for our short stay. The landlord was exceptionally hospitable, offering valuable information about the neighborhood and insightful tourist tips.

We overlooked the fact that this is not a standalone apartment, as other rooms are rented out to different guests. Surprisingly, this wasn't an issue for us, as the other guests we encountered were delightful, and our interactions were limited to a few evening encounters. However, if you're traveling with children and prefer to cook your meals, this apartment may not be ideal since it lacks a kitchen. Nonetheless, there are dishes, utensils, an electric kettle, and a microwave provided for those who wish to enjoy their own meals.

Bathroom was big, the room was with an old time feel, but in a good way. The owner gave us some advice on where to eat and where to find a cheap supermarket, which was very kind. We had our own little fridge, which was convenient. There were also a few books with tourist information in the hallway, which was helpful.

We couldn't use the air conditioner. We asked for the remote and we were informed it was supposed to automatically start when the temperature is above 25°C. It was hotter then that according to the weather forecast, but the AC did not turn on. That was a problem, because the mosquito net was torn. Also the first night we had a microwave, but then the next day it disappeared. There was a problem with the electricity and I don't know if that is way it was taken away, but it would have been nice for someone to text us, because we bought food we couldn't eat. Otherwise very nice stay and the neighborhood is charming.

Lovely and affordable BnB right in the center of Venice. Although we got a bit lost while looking for a house (this city is such a labyrinth), the host was very helpful and friendly. Nice place to stay.

Close to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk from the biggest tourist sights. Beautiful location! Staff was very nice and helpful with a lot of recommendations and advice on how to make the most of Venice. There were two bathrooms available for all guests to use, both clean and spacious. The room was very homely and comfortable! Great value for money.

I had no real issues, except that it could seem a little far after a long day of walking if you happened to be on the other side of Venice (but nothing is ever TOO far away in Venice). The view was alright!

Loved the location. Real value for money. Absolutely clean. The husband wife run a great establishment. They work really hard to keep it clean and give us a good stay. It is on a second floor of a private apartment. There is one central living room with kettle for tea and coffee and a microwave and 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms to share. 2 rooms are assigned one bathroom. We got a homey feeling and enjoyed our stay immensely. There are two washing machines in the bathroom. Everything is walking distance.

It is important to book a porter for your luggage or stow it near the station in one of the lockers in advance. The 10 mon walk from the station to the property requires one to climb a bridge from the station and then climb 2 more floors to the apartment. The owners could keep some cutlery and plates.

Everything was better than expected. The room looked prettier than in the pictures, and spotless clean. The bathroom is generous and there's always one available, with 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms. The common area was well equipped for a quick meal: microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, glasses. They had tea and coffee ready for us, along with sugar. The mini-fridge was quite sufficient for us being 2 people. And they also had a balcony in the common area, where smokers can hang out without bothering the others. The room was well lit, and a cosy temperature (during warm, as well as cold days). The owners were amazingly friendly. They speak English, and they provided us with great tips for the area - what to visit, places to eat with good food and affordable prices, what tourist traps to avoid & how to get the full Venice experience without spending a fortune. They also let us bring our luggage early morning, before the check-in. The area is to die for. It couldn't get more central than this, but also quiet and beautiful. We basically didn't need any form of transport, everything worth seeing was walking distance. The restaurants around are also great, as they are not in the most obvious touristic markets, so they don't inflate the pricess (I wholeheartedly recommend Pizzeria Ai Bari, Rio Marin Ristorante Pizzeria & Bacaro Quebrado - all within 3 minutes from the accommodation). I will definitely come back here!

Everything was there as advertised & even above expectations - no complaints. Maybe the plates and cuttlery aren't very visible - we didn't know they exist during the first day, found them when we ask.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Very nice spacious room with a comfortable bed conveniently located near the Frari church. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure we knew where it was best to eat without paying crazy prices and to get the local cheap gondolas. The two shared bathrooms were spacious and had everything we needed; we never felt like it was a shared bathroom and never waited to use the facilities because of the small number of bedrooms. Would highly recommend the property, and we were glad to support locals and not a corporate hotel chain

Nothing we didn't like. Only one suggestion: it was initially difficult to find the light switch for the red tiled bathroom, so a sign would be a good addition
