We can highly recommend this place. It is a welcoming, peaceful oasis in a small village with lovely people. Parking is possible in the private garden. Appartement was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Breakfast is rich compared to the standards in Italy and what we experienced so far in other hotels. Location is quite, you can reach the coastline in 15-20 mins. We recommend Sistiana and its public beach, moreover the Pizzeria Joy - also very good price:quality ratio of products. You can takeaway a nice pizza and enjoy in Sgonico at the pool during sunset. Amazing moment.

The surroundings of the place are very beautiful and well-kept. The rooms is very nicely decorated and clean. Pet friendly and free via booking:)

Supplement for two children aged 6, 13 of 65€ is a lot! We had no hot water for shower. Basic breakfast. (Bread, croissant, sweet spreads, cheese and sausage.) The children were waiting for the pool but didn't want to go in since there were 2 dead scorpions at the bottom!

The place and the view is lovely. Breakfast was fabulous and the local restaurants were great too. It is the best choice for those who prefer a bit less touristic, more authentic experience of the rural Italy.

There was a coffee machine but no cups or cutleries were available in the flat. All restaurants nearby were closed/ too busy to dine in, so we had to do a take away, so some forks and knives would have come handy.

A secret corner of paradise and relaxation near the wonderful city of Trst/Trieste - great breakfast. The upstairs room is lovely. The pool was great, set in a garden of figs and pomegranates with woodpeckers & swifts all paying a visit

Very nice and helpful owners, comfy bed, clean and spacious room. The breakfast is served to the room. Triest is very close by car. Peaceful environment.

The church bells ring through the whole night and are quite loud. If you are a light sleeper it is a sleepless night. The price we paid is a bit too high.

The apartement was very comfortable and clean. The best part was the swimming Pool. The hosts were friendly and I felt very welcomed! Breakfast had everything you need and was arranged at my prefered time, even if it was early.

Lovely pool and breakfast. Air conditioning worked well.

Providing a couple of glasses so we could enjoy a glass of wine in the evening would have been appreciated.

Pamela is a very nice host and the breakfast on the terrace is wonderful. The pool and the garden are very well kept. Lovely place ☺️

The hostess of the b&b was amazing. She brought a breakfast of assorted breads, along with a hard-boiled egg, coffee and juice, right to the room. The room itself was comfortable and inviting. The bathroom was large and very well appointed.

The host is kind, can be reach by phone. The apartment is so clean. The breakfast is amazing. It is dog friendly and the host also loves dogs!

I can not say any wrong.
