I have to start by saying that the staff were exceptional and very accommodating. The entire space was clean and we were provided plenty of linen. The kitchen had everything I needed to reheat or prepare my meals. There's an Indian restaurant next door and at first, I was skeptical about the authenticity of the restaurant. I tried it one night and was pleasantly pleased. I recommend the restaurant and the staff were very helpful.

The shower door was broken and kept sliding off the hinges at the top. I had to carefully pull it back into place and when taking a shower made sure I didn't touch it because I was afraid it will fall of.

The hotel is located near Siena city centre and it is a 25-minute walk from the Dome. It is easily accessible by car and has free parking spaces. The apartment is excellent and very comfortable, consisting of a dining room with a little kitchen, sofa and dining table and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The staff is very communicative and accessible from 07h to 19h. We thought we would arrive late to the property and they gave us clear indications of how to arrive and enter the room, but due to unexpected circumstances, we arrived at check-in time and checked in regularly.

Couldn’t ask for a best location. The hotel was clean and had a kitchenette. No more than one groceries store within walking distance, two restaurants, and a good wine spot. The hotel seats in a 2 minute drive from a parking lot at on the entrances of downtown. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will stay there again.

The beds were not comfortable at all, and the room was hot. To turn off the heater and get the AC going what’s this whole process that we just decided just to crank open the window to freshen the room.

We chose this property because of its parking area for the residents at no extra charge. We were really satisfied as the accommodation was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the opposite hills through the windows. The staff was very quick and helpful and we communicated via WhatsApp for anything we needed. We did a late check-in without extra charge, having all the necessary instructions. We also enjoyed the hot drinks machine available at reception. It was a good, value for money choice, given the amenities and accuracy of other Italian touristic areas. We recommend it!!!

The only thing we didn't like enough was the location. It is half an hour's walk from the city center and it is difficult to get up as it is an uphill road (the historical center). Of course, there is a bus stop right outside that takes you inside the walls in 15 minutes, but the routes stop early in the evening, so you have to use your car, leaving it outside the walls in one of the private parking at a charge of 2 euros per hour. It wasn't a big deal, it just needs to be factored into the decision of anyone traveling without a vehicle.

The comfort and quality this apartment hotel offers is just superb. We had a superior apartment that was equipped with literally everything up to the dish washing liquid and sponge and not to mention the other small details. Bed and pillows were ones of the most comfortable we’ve slept on in a hotel with a proper hotel quality linen. Free coffee in the morning at the reception. Plenty of private parking and a few restaurants within the building complex. Historic Siena is around 20-25 minutes walk (though uphill, so maybe better take a bus on the way up, but do walk down to avoid missing some of the most beautiful buildings and sceneries). Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located almost 30 minutes' walk to the Dome (2 km away). The apartment is spacious, and you have everything you need. At the check-in, you receive all the information you need. Nearby is a Carrefour market. The bus station is very close. There is free parking in front of the hotel (also underground parking). In the morning they offer you free coffee. Is not the best coffee, but it is definitely a plus. If I'll come back to Siena again, for sure I will choose to stay here.

Great place to stay if you are traveling by car. There is a free parking area in front of the building and you can take the 5 minutes bus to go to the city center. Just be careful at the weekends, there was no bus to come back to this area from the center, so we took a taxi. The room is clean and big, the heating was perfect. The check-in process was easy and there was a free coffee area at the reception with friendly staff. There are many restaurants around, we chose Ristorante da Michele and everything was tasty and affordable. For breakfast, Bar Pasticceria Nannini Massetana is a great choice, you can reach by car. Thank you for everything. Will visit again for sure!

Very nice place, kind personel, parking is next to the hotel and there is an option to use the washing machine if needed with a small fee. Rooms are very big and well equipped. There is a public bus that will take you to the city center within few minutes, but they are operating only up to 20.30, after then you need to walk which takes about 30 minutes - so the localisation is so so.

First I want to say that the girl at the reception was very kind and helpfull. The parking in front of the hotel is really nice thing, so if you are coming by car, no need to worry about that, lots of space and it is free. Now about the room itself, it is very spacious, bed is really good, the AC is working good, and the room was okay cleaned. Not very close to the city center, but it is around I think 20 min walk.

Staff was very friendly. Check in on the spot with very good recommendation for dinner. Free parking in the underground garage. Very good quality of shampoo and soap.

Very loud at night. Located near a busy, well-traveled road. Poor isolation. It looks like you are sleeping with the windows open. If you want to visit the city center, and I really recommend it, it is impossible to do it on foot. You have to go by car or take a taxi.
