Perfect location a few steps from the Piazza and yet quiet, excellent buffet at the butcher (not just meat) next door.

It can be said that the toilet and sink are essentially part of the shower. By itself ok. But combined with the fact that water does not drain from the floor, this option is very unpleasant. After a short (!!!) shower, max. 1 minute, you have to dry yourself with towels, because then you won't be able to reach the sink and toilet with dry feet. The threshold to the room is low, so after a long shower you would have to mop the room as well. I firmly believe that they have already solved the water drain problem.

Lovely room is an excellent location to discover Siena. Being NYE it was a bit noisy as others stayed out later than I did to enjoy the festivities. Not a problem as it was lovely to fall asleep to people enjoying themselves to the music.

Just getting my luggage up and down the stairs- but I knew that before I arrived. On booking.com it mentioned that breakfast was included, but not the case.

Details on booking.com are misleading, it says air-conditioning but this is set at a minimum of 24c and can't be changed also website advertised safety deposit box in room and there wasn't one. Not the staff's fault but information should be updated to manage guests' expectations

Great location, easy to find, and room larger than expected. Great views off a tiny balcony.

I booked an ‘attic’ room which I didn’t realize at the time (although was notified before my stay in case I wanted to upgrade). To reach it I had to go up 2 spiral staircases. The gentleman who checked me in was kind enough to carry my suitcase up. I was able to carry down but it shouldn’t be underestimated- it’s not for everyone.

I really liked the hotel. I had a single room which had totally enough space for one person. The A/C worked well so that I had a good sleep at night. It was clean, in the middle of the city center and I really liked the staff - especially the blond man was very friendly 😊 all in all, I can highly recommend that place and the price was really fair!

The hotel is small and located in the very centre of Siena: its location is actually its main feat, just 100 meters away from Piazza del Campo. Also this accommodation had the lowest prices we could find without getting too far away from the city centre. The place is clean and comfortable and the staff kind and helpful

The main downside of this place is its size: the room is very small, there is very little room to put luggage/cloths/etc, and the bathroom has basically no space dedicated to the shower (that is, the shower floor is the same as the rest of the bathroom). Given the location and the price it was not a big deal to accept these, but if you're in for longer stays or if you are looking for a bit more comfort, maybe you should look somewhere else

Perfect location if you want to stay for a few days and get a quick access to all the main spots and places in old town of Siena! Also the view on the square is mesmerising and very romantic. But you have to keep in mind that this is a crowded place so there’s always noise from the outside, also at night. The room itself is ok, comfortable bed and nice air conditioning if needed.

Very tiny room, small table not actually suitable for working on laptop.

The location is great and the room was so cute looking out to the roofs. The reception staff were all so lovely and accommodating- first giving lots of recommendations, then allowing us to have a late check out and finally keeping our bags for us during the day.

There is low height clearance so we knocked our head a few times as we are tall and clumsy! The bathroom is really tiny that when you shower everything gets wet. Despite these things we really enjoyed the stay!

Really loved the location of this hotel! Right in the middle of the old town, two minute walk from the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. The view from my room was unbelievable - straight across the roof tops of Siena to the Duomo! While the room was small, it felt cosy and like I was in a ship's cabin floating above the city. The bed was very comfortable.

You really needed better warning in advance of how steep and narrow the final two flights of stairs are. If you have a bag that will not fit in the overhead locker of an airplane, it might be too big to carry up the very narrow, steel, spiral staircase. The bathroom was also disappointing, with a lingering smell of drains.

The check in went well. The owner was pleasant, and everything worked out well enough for us.

The showers are very small, and the curtains stick to you when you shower. The curtains are a bit short, so the water flowed all over the bathroom which made it slippery and wet to step out into.
