The location of this property is amazing, very central with unrivalled views across the main square from the balcony. Our room was extremely spacious and very clean but what made this already amazing room outstanding was the service we received from Viola and her team. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious with lots of toiletries free of charge We’re also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and snacks available throughout our stay We would definitely choose this property again

There only problem with the property was that taxis will not always take you to the door due to the high volume of people in what is essentially a pedestrian area. This is not the fault of the property nor was it an issue for us but it might affect your decision if you have mobility issues

I loved absolutely everything. Before my arrival, Viola contacted me and gave all explanations needed, so we were able to find the location and come easily to the apartment. It was beautifully decorated, with a lot of taste and style, the bed was huge and comfortable, we had everything at our disposal. The accommodation is extremely well located, in a small, cosy street, few steps from Piazza Il Campo. Viola made some suggestions about places to eat and shop, so we don't fall in tourist' trap. We came to Siena to work remotely and visit a bit and we were able to have all comfort needed to assist in all type of meetings we had, as well as dig into the deep work. We had our calm, our privacy. Each morning, we were asked if we needed anything, change towels, clean the room, everyone was so helpful and genuine. Viola was perfectly reachable, when I had a problem, she was able to respond me even at 11 PM, this was so reassuring. Finally, last day, we had our flight a bit late from Pisa, we were allowed to stay late in the room, so we can work, as it was raining outside, Viola also gave as some biscuits, a specialty from Siena. I had a wonderful stay, I cherish so much people that devote themself to take care of people, of the quality of their vacation. I would definitely recommend this place it was an honor to be their guest.

I would like to say this isnt a good place to stay so that its always available for when we want to go back, but that would be a lie, its superb! Viola is the loveliest host ever, nothing is too much trouble, she just wants you to love being there. And my goodness we did. The room was beautiful, superb new bathroom, and the most exceptional view. Absolutely fabulous!! Really clean and cleaned every day, the whole place smells lovely and fresh, there are little nibbles in reception and drinks to help yourself to, too. Viola just cannot do enough for you. This is an exceptional property in a stunning location and we loved every minute of staying there and look forward to returning as soon as we possibly can ❤

Superb location! just next to the Piazza del Campo and a 1 min walk to the Siena Cathedral. Located in a high street which is very easy to reach. The room itself is very tidy and clean, with free snack and bottles of water which is really nice for a quick recharging when I arrived the guest house. The host Viola is super nice and friendly, before the stay I had a few questions and she always responded quickly and explained in details, really easy communcation. Self check-in is also super easy with the clear instructions. A really good place to stay for holdiays.

It could be a little noisy as it's close to the main street. But to me it's at an acceptable level. Earplugs are supplied in the room if you need that but I didn't use that.

We had a PHENOMENAL stay at this beautiful apartment. It was a very special stay as my Husband and I were getting married in the Palazzo Pubblico and stayed here the night before. Viola and her team went out of their way to make our stay special, giving us free breakfast in another property and letting us use the apartment for a celebration after the ceremony with our family and friends. This was the most special stay I think we've ever had and I cannot wait to come back on our anniversary. Thank you Viola so much for everything. Ella and Bryan

Mike and I have had the fortune of staying in many hotels and short term rentals around the world but, this was by far our favorite. The location can’t be beat. The comfortable place and location were stellar. The staff took the experience over the top. We will be back and we already have friends wanting to come. The entire family was delightful and we were sad to leave. Bravo!!

Location. Size. Cleanliness. Location again. The neighborhood was amazing. The team was so helpful whenever we needed anything.

Fabulous view from the balcony, spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable and very clean. We appreciated very much the daily supply of bottles of water and the packages of breakfast items (crackers, jam etc), all at no extra charge. All major things to see for a few day's visit are within walking distance. The room lies a few floors above Piazza del Campo, and by closing the windows we were not disturbed by noise during late evenings and nights. Great stay! Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our stay in Siena. The view from our balcony was amazing. We didn't know the drawing of the cantanas was taking place the night we checked in, and we had a front row seat for the plaza filling up, almost to capacity. It was amazing. Rooms were nice. Showers are small, but they are most everywhere in Italy, so no problem for us. Getting from the car park to the room was quite an adventure with our luggage, but again...we knew that going in. Just a perfect location for those who like to explore on foot, and then have a great view when at the room. Felt very secure in the area, and Viola and her daughter were nice to deal with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

The room was as described in a 14th Century building with a private bathroom. The room was larger than expected and on the ground floor. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Wifi was good. The staff were lovely. Especially the housekeeping lady. There was a small fridge, kettle and tea and coffee provided. Also four bottles of water. The common area had some biscuits and pastries and a few bottles of liqueur if you wished to have some. It was a decent 25-30 min walk from the station. Our room faced the courtyard, some rooms faced the main square and had an amazing view. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The bed was a bit hard but that’s personal preference.

Oh my, our junior sweet had a balcony looking over the Campo. Even with the cold weather, we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with our drinks. The location is unbeatable. We were on a popular walking street, great shops and food, just minutes to the duomo. Viola was the BEST! I lost my phone on a bus in Siena. Viola went above and beyond to help us, calling the bus company, filing a report, and eventually getting it back! Her husband even delivered the phone to us in Florence. I am so grateful and highly recommend Siena and this charming hotel.

If you are light sleepers ( we are not), the partying on the Campo might bother you. Italians stay up late! Not a problem for us, and we adored our view and balcony.
