Staff in restaurant were excellent and were very accommodating to any special requirement s of food you required. They were very friendly and helpful. Staff member cleaning room was also very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure your room was always made comfortable. The location was much better than anticipated, we arrived into Simone via a ferry and walked to our accommodation within a couple of minutes. Although we were right in the centre of Simione by the castle among the hustle and bustle of tourist our accommodation was very peaceful. The added bonus to the accommodation was the rooftop terrace where you could relax with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. Excellent choice, the only thing i would say, is the photos of the hotel do not provide a realistic view. The hotel is much better and i would certainly return to this hotel again as it is an excellent spot for accessing the ferries, and buses. Well done.

The bar opening times more flexible

Fab location, great shower, good wifi, good choice at breakfast. Single bed was pretty comfy. Room was small but had everything I needed. Lovely terrace areas in the hotel. Breakfast staff was nice.

My room was above a street with a cafe/bar downstairs and from 6am there was a lot of noise from what I assume was people arriving to work and noise of plates; it sounded as though the window were open. Receptionist wasn't up to date with bus timetables and gave me the wrong information (I got the info required from the tourist office but I had to wait til the last minute for the tourist office to open). I inquired about taxi prices with reception also and she gave me a rough idea, but there was no offer to double check or ring a taxi company and find out for sure, or even to organize a taxi for the next morning. Little details you'd expect from a hotel.

The location of this Hotel is superb, u couldn't be any more central in Sirmone. We have stayed in many Hotels and this is by far the most spotless Hotel we have stayed in. The Beds are so comfortable and the showers were powerful. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels were changed everyday.The Breakfast was unbelievable the variety of fruit, juices, cakes, breads. The hot food scramble eggs bacon etc loads to choose from!! The staff were outstanding very friendly especially the breakfast staff and the accommodation staff. Overall we had a wonderful experience with this hotel and would highly recommend for couples.

It's not so much what we didn't like about the hotel but we just felt the €150 Deposit a month before we arrived was a bit unnecessary. This is taken just incase you damaged the room, we felt that this area was more of a higher end clientele and couldn't see how anyone would damage a room. Then again we don't know what they have experienced before with people.

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Sirmione. Everything is within walking distance. Clean, comfortable rooms - we had the lake view which was lovely. You can have breakfast on the terrace (for 5€ extra pp). We even had organ music from the church next door in the background. The hotel had a list of restaurant recommendations which were helpful. You can arrange for parking through the hotel, leaving the car in a car park outside the town centre (driving into town is restriced). It's not cheap but worth it if you're driving, as finding public parking during high season is difficult. The car park will transfer you and your luggage to the hotel (and back) which is great.

Sirmione is heaving under the pressure of tourists, but in the evenings there are less crowds and exploring the town is more pleasant.

The location of the hotel was excellent and just what we wanted. Very close for walking to anything we wanted to, including the ruins. Hotel very clean and checking smooth. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, even fresh baked items. Hotel was quiet even though it was very close to the busiest areas. Many restaurants to choose from. As we came by train, our stop was Desenzano del Garda, so it is too far to walk to this area. There is public transit, but we chose to go by taxi, which was about 25 euros (we had expected this)

Great location in the heart of the historic centre of Sirmione - close to the castle, and only a short walk to the shuttle bus service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with hot, cold, savoury and sweet options. Our room had a beautiful view over lake Garda.

It seemed wrong to charge extra to enjoy your breakfast on the first-floor balcony. We loved the breakfast room and would not have wanted to sit outside in the breeze anyway, but why not rather do it on a first come, first served basis?

The hotel and its location is great to explore Sirmione. The view from the room is breathtaking! We were in awe. All of these already make it a fantastic option but what really won our hearts is their staff. It was my wife's birthday and they were so kind and warm in helping me plan for it. We had quite a few long days exploring different parts of Garda, but when we returned to the hotel we got the warm fuzzy feeling of being back home. Can't get better than that! Thank you team and hope to see you again soon

The shower cabinet was slightly small (for much easier and bigger people) but who cares!

The hotel is located very close to “the castle” when you enter the old town Sirmione but on a calm side-street. Just across from the hotel, there is a Michel restaurant. There is a small beach just next to the hotel which made a small dip in the lake before bedtime very convenient. The room for four that we booked was fairly large and had two small bathrooms which was very much appreciated. Travelling with teenagers, we noted the Wi-Fi worked excellent. Visiting Sirmione in July, we also appreciated the well-functioning AC! The breakfast was varied and very nice. In addition, the service we got prior and during our visit was excellent. Staff was very nice and service-minded and helped us to book parking well in advance and the communication during the process was superb. We received all information we needed to reach and enter the parking well in advance. A shuttle bus took us from the parking to the hotel and picked us up again at the departure. Considering the heat, this was appreciated, otherwise, it is short enough to walk (and the shuttle can take you luggage). The service was so good prior the visit that I deselected a much more expensive four star hotel who did not bother to respond to my simple requests online. The timely and friendly information we got after arrival did not change this impression. This is a very professionally run hotel. I would not hesitate to chose this hotel again.

Nothing. All worked well. The AC got very cold at night, but that is because we cranked it too low (response to the immense heat at this time, not normal I have understood) and only shows it worked. We figured out what temperature was cold enough after a while and adjusted accordingly.

With a central location comes noise from the street. I kept the windows locked most of the time, so it was not a huge problem. AC turned itself on and off as it wished, even though I kept the windows locked and held a room card in the card holder. I couldn't regulate it and it was annoying.

Very clean hotel. The free breakfast was very good. Best scrambled eggs. Better than restaurants at home in U.S. Excellent location next to the Scaligero Castle. Second floors and above can have view of castle. The town is charming and the hotel is close to everything the staff was outstanding. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Many hotels don’t have great mattresses. If we ever return I would book Hotel Delhi Oleandri again.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.
