We couldn't fault anything at Hotel Vinci , the room was perfect and spotless, and we also had a lovely big balcony to enjoy. The breakfast choice was excellent, such a good choice for all tastes, and the staff were all so helpful and polite. The best thing about the hotel for us was the pool area which overlooked the lake , stunning !!!! I highly recommend staying at Hotel.Vinci and one last thing the location right on the lake and 10 minutes walk into the old town. What more could you ask for😊

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Vinci which enhanced a fantastic trip to beautiful Sirmione. Hotel Vinci is an exceptional hotel situated by the Historic Centre of Sirmione. The hotel is modern and stylish and comes equipped with an outdoor pool and spa facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and our room was both tasteful and clean and boasted a private balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping Aperol Spritzes on the deck which overlooked Lake Garda and would highly recommend the spa facilities which we availed of during our stay. The hotel's proximity to Castello Scaligero allowed us to easily stroll to old city for both lunch and dinner and wander through the colourful, cobbled streets of old town Sirmione. We would highly recommend Hotel Vinci and look forward to returning again in the near future. Thank you for a fabulous trip!

Exceptional room with private hot tub. The staff was young and friendly, and accomodated all our requests. Very good breakfast. Hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance from the historic center of the town.

The hotel can't really be blamed for this, but being the structure directly on the lake, there were a lot of mosquitoes. U have to remember to always close the windows when you leave the room. I believe this issue is common in every hotel in Sirmione. The spa is very nice, but a small hot tub/jacuzzi would be a nice addition.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were fabulous, the room was magnificent with a very high standard of cleanliness and plenty of space, the breakfast was superb with a decanter of freshly squeezed orange juice for every table, the swimming pool was excellent and the terrace overlooking Lake Garda was simply magical. We had a fantastic few days at this superb hotel and the staff were absolutely brilliant. An absolute gem.

Lovely stylish hotel in perfect location. A 10 minute walk along the lake to the old town. Garden right on the lake so you sunbathe on the decking overlooking the lake. Breakfast excellent top quality and gluten free catered for. Bedroom large and very comfortable, we had junior suite overlooking the garden side. All staff very helpful and friendly. A quiet little oasis of tranquility away from the busy town of Sirmione.

Only small things but not having tea & coffee facilities in the room wasn’t ideal. You could get it from reception but at an extra charge. If not in the room, I think it would be better to have hot drinks available downstairs included within the booking price. The plug sockets in our room by the bedside were not compatible with our European adapters. As a newer hotel we thought there might have been USB charger ports but there were none We booked a lakeside suite, which was a nice room but the balcony was very small. Those on 1st or 3rd floor looked better- I’m not sure if they came at an extra charge

AC was off, we were told that it’s winter time, so it won’t be working anymore. It was hot in the room and loud outside All dishes at breakfast: eggs, pancakes, waffles were extremely cold! We still love it and want to come back

Fabulous hotel, like being part of a big family. Incredibly helpful and generous with time and assistance as needed. Great spot, close to the old city but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Great breakfast, swimming pool if so inclined as well as spa which my wife loved!!

The King room with private jacuzzi was amazing. Our view of the lake was stunning. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control as hot as we like! The ladies at the welcome desk were so helpful. We loved the snacks they brought to the room with the bottles of wine we bought. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Everything was exceptional.

It was only missing a coffee pot in the room, which is our preference

Everything was top class. The hotel was so beautiful and so relaxed. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was perfect with a patio, and the pool area and views of the lake were amazing. Breakfast was the best choice we have ever had. 10/10. Will definitely be booking again.
