Attentive staff and great location.

Not great value but it was centrally located. The swimming pool was dirty to very dirty on all the days we stayed. Multiple hotel guests complained about this but was not addressed.

The location was central in Sorrento and was walking distance to most everything. If you come by ferry take a cab up to the hotel as dragging luggage up the stairs/roads is a huge work out. The hotel is very nice and quite and breakfast in the morning is good. Eggs are a little runny and bacon under cooked but lots of options to pick from. The roof top pool has a great view of the bay of Naples and when Georgia is working she makes a good limoncello spritz. It is very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. Rooms are clean. Only negatives are you can hear the noise from adjoining room and no tea or coffee making facilities. This hotel is in a great location. If you turn left and keep going around to the open square ask someone where the park and beach are. I wish I’d found it earlier. An easy 10 minute walk to spectacular views and swimming.

Both my husband and I have inflamed joint issues that need icing a couple of times a day. It was not convenient, or comfortable to walk up marble stairs to get ice from top floor bar which was some days open at 12 other day 2, until 8 pm, although we appreciated it when we were able. It would be great to add an ice machine for guests use. We Also did not like the policy that you were not allowed to put anything in the mini bar except the hotels water bottles. sometimes weary travelers. Need food or drinks In Their room when too tired to go out.

Excellent location only a 7 minute walk from train/bus station. The main piazza was a 1 minute walk away and the marina was a 5 minute walk away. Lots of good bars, cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was small but perfect for what we needed. It had panoramic views and was cleaned daily.

The first room we were given was next to the lift which was incredibly noisy from early in the morning until late at night. However when I spoke to the owner Emmanuella about this she took us to another room to see if we preferred it. She arranged for all our luggage to be moved so that we could continue to enjoy the day. That was excellent customer service. The staff member on duty at night was rude and when we checked out early in the morning he was impatient and dismissive. However, staff member Anna was fantastic!!

Location was very good. Very close to Piazza Tasso and port. Since the hotel was in a narrow alley there weren't any traffic or other disturbing noise. Breakfast was sufficient with hot and cold alternatives. Staff was warm and helpfull. Although we arrived earlier than we planned, our room was ready. Room (112) was bigger than we expected. We had enough space for a large double bed, our luggages, a desk and 2 chairs. Bath room was spacious as well. Room and bathroom were also getting good light.

Room was cold after sunset. Air condition was not working but as far as I know this is due to local government regulations.

Amazing location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Exceptionally clean throughout. Lovely balcony and view. Amazing roof terrace.

Small, dark breakfast room and breakfast choices rather limited for the price and rating of the hotel. Room very charming with a balcony and good view, but quite small for price paid. Although there was a chair (I always choose and pay for room options that allow me to spend some time comfortably in the room if I wish to do so, or the weather requires me to do so), it was decorative rather than functional and there was no room for it, so it was "plonked" in front of the wardrobe, taking up what little available floor space there was and meaning that it had to be moved around depending on whether you wanted to access the hanging space, the bathroom or to exit the room. Staff shortages meant that rooftop bar was not open throughout my four night stay.

Location was perfect. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice decor. Close to shops and restaurants.

The beds were the worst ever. Hard as the floor. Couldn’t sleep.

The location was gorgeous, and watching sunrises and sunsets over the city, the sea and surrounding mounatins from the hotel's roof was an exelent thing to do! The accomodation had a vibe of a cozy oldschool european hotel and the room looked very elegant, spacious and had all the necessary conveniences; the marble decorated bath was like a cherry on the cake. Breakfasts were good - with normal ammount of options to choose, but tomatoes were the only vegetables.

For some reasons the air conditioner didn't work (properly) in our room, so the only way for ventilation was opening of window - while staying on the ground level with teracce outside, + common things for Italy: thin sheets instead of blankets, not everyone from the stuff speaks English.

Location at Via Toledo was great for us as we were transitioning from Sorrento to Naples Airport and wanted a short stay in Naples. Hotel was close to ferry terminal, staff was very accomodative with late check in, facilitating transfer to airport, recommending local resturaunt for dinner, and providing breakfast coupon to local cafe. Rooms were spacious, clean, secure and very quiet given that we were 3 stories above Via Toledo.

Nothing really, It was perfect for our expectations.
