The property was literally in the perfect location. 10/15 min walk to any beach club, 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. Anna and Roberto were so friendly and helpful anytime we called down or asked for anything. The AC in the room was so so incredible. You could control it in your room which was so nice because it was very hot outside. The room was amazing, so clean feeling and the bed was so comfy.

The only thing about the property is it’s a little hard to find, it’s just a door in the side of this big building. You go up stairs to get to the lobby so if you have trouble with stairs it probably won’t be great for you (not sure if there’s an elevator for the outside) but there is an elevator once you reach the lobby. The lobby isn’t big but you’re in Sorrento, Italy so you don’t need a lobby to hangout in.

The hotel is very comfortable, though there is no stairs-free access. The room is well-equipped, all facilities are new, clean and nice to use. The bed is large enough and comfortable. The location is superb: not far from one of the parkings and very close to the center: variety of restaurants and shops is huge! The staff is super friendly. We had a wonderful stay in this nice hotel.

The hotel does not have its own parking. The parking in this area is quite expensive - approximately 30 Euro per night. The breakfast is great, though you have to make your order in advance - this is done to allow the staff to prepare the breakfast.

The location and the rooms were very clean.

The only issue we had was with the elevator. We got stuck in the elevator with another 2 people. Thankfully there were other people in the hallway that can see us and hear us because the doors for see through. I think we were too heavy for the elevator. Only 2 people at a time and not that much luggage can work. This really needs to be looked at. Eventually they resetted the elevator and then it worked.

Location, Location, Location! This Inn is located in the center of Sorrento. Walking distance to all major downtown attractions, train, and port. Roberto would give his restaurant recommendations in the evening and Christina would great you each morning with a big smile offering you a coffee or cappuccino. The Inn was very clean and modern.

This Inn surpassed my expectations.

The room was super comfortable and the AC was amazing after being in the sun all day! We loved that there was a mini fridge in the room too to keep our water cold. The breakfast was good, although we didn’t get to take advantage of the omelettes. The front desk staff was awesome as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Might just be a Europe thing but the shower didn’t have a door on it so water sort of got everywhere. Also no lock on the bathroom door. It was a little hard to find the entrance to the building at first (Apple Maps) but just look up a photo of it and you should be fine!

The coffee was fabulous and the breakfast staff was kind and very accommodating! The triple room space was OK, not great. I think they need to think about the additional space for luggage in a triple room. The location is Fabulous!

We did not like the breakfast. Always having to ask for additional towels, as they were too small for your body and you needed 2. The lack of space for luggage in a triple room.

Perfect central location, so convenient for exploring Sorrento. Staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. Neutral, modern decor in the room. Room was spacious for a family of three with air conditioning. Good buffet breakfast.

Only issue was breakfast wasn't served until 7.30am. We had a few days trips planned where we were leaving before 7.30am and they couldn't offer an alternative.

Amazing location right in the heart of Sorrento! You can walk to everything, including the train station and the bus depot where tour transfers pick you up. Rooms were great - modern decor, very comfortable, nice bathrooms. Breakfast was very good with fresh coffee every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great option for a group of friends or family that want to travel together and have separate rooms in the same building. Highly recommend!

Wish there were drawers to put clothes away (besides the few hangers provided) but that seems to be consistent with most Italian hotels. Also, there is a flight of stairs from the street to the main lobby/elevator. Not an issue for us but may be for those with mobility issues.

Very clean and efficient room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but did the job. You can order cappuccino or other coffee. Location is convenient. The street entrance was a little hard to spot. And the long narrow staircase up to the lobby is not the most convenient if you're carrying heavy luggage. But those are not deal-breakers, and I would go back again.

Could use more counter space in the bathroom.

Palazzo Tritone was centrally located with an excellent staff that helped us with all of our needs. And the complimentary breakfast was an awesome start to every day. Enjoy Sorrento, take a train to Pompeii and ferry to Positano, Amalfi or Capri.

We loved the Palazzo Tritone. Not a problem for us but please be aware there is a stairway that needs to be climbed to enter the hotel.
