Great location. The property is gorgeous and the views are incredible. The breakfast in the morning was really excellent and the staff was great.

Its far from downtown and to call a cab is challenging. The cabs also charge a lot but if youre capable of walking about 20min, you can walk downhill into town and take a cab back.

We loved the property. Beautiful location with a view of Sorrento. The room was spacious and modern. We were very comfortable the entire time. Breakfast was great and had a good variety. The staff was extremely helpful with us each day. Appreciated the staff a ton.

This has nothing to do with the property but we would just recommend you have a rental/vehicle if you stay at the hotel. We would have to plan around the local shuttle (which ends at 6:30) or have to pay 30€ to go up in taxi. Other than that, we have no complaints about the property itself.

Quiet location so very calm and relaxing. Beautiful setting, overlooking lemon trees and the Bay of Naples. We ate breakfast outside every day except one, enjoying the fabulous view. Good nights sleep - very comfortable super king sized bed. Friendly and welcoming Reception staff who were really helpful at passing on information about the local area - recommendations for beaches, restaurants, bus timetables and location of bus stops etc. Fabulous breakfast spread every morning from Margherita - lots of variety, including many homemade savoury and sweet baked dishes. Cleaning of a high standard - even when we stayed in our room until 3pm one day due to poor weather, our room was cleaned whilst we were out.

Not as close to central Sorrento as expected. We used the local bus but the buses do not run very frequently and the last bus from Sorrento in the evening is at 18.30. We walked via a short-cut which took us 30 minutes downhill, a bit longer going back as it is very steep uphill on the return.

The villa house is beautiful. Olive trees and a nice garden around with great views. The rooms have a simple and clean design. The breakfast was very nice with a very nice lady making something special everyday, like homemade cakes and pitas. Would highly recommend this place.

The facility has no SOS number. I was texting and calling some number in the evening and no one responded. The next day we found out one couple left their room key in their room and couldn't enter the facility. There was no one there and no one was responding when they called the owners number(the owners or staff don't live there). So some emergency number and person who answers the SOS calls is mandatory. If you have a larger car (SUV) you will have difficulties with the entrance gates (it is kinda narrow) but we managed in the end with no scratches.

The property, facilities and the team of staff are the perfect complement, contributing to a lovely, relaxing stay. We felt so welcomed and were greeted by a smile each and every time. Our requests and questions were dealt with so promptly. The design and style of the hotel is impeccable and and cleanliness is assured, getting home in the evening feels like a treat. Breakfast is pleasant and the views are simply beautiful, it alone makes the small sacrifice of it's hillside location all worth it. In summary, a joy to stay at.

I think the main gated entrance could benefit from having a key fob from inside the gate, to make leaving a little bit easier... But a small suggestion albeit

The property is very modern with an Italian villa feel. Beautiful views in the back and spacious rooms and bathrooms to make yourself comfortable at the end of a big day exploring. Very clean. There is the best restaurant in Sorrento at the back of the property up the hill, highly recommend. The staff at Maison Bon Bon were wonderfully helpful.

Nothing. The property itself is fantastic however I would say it’s a 20 minute walk down and a 40minuet walk up from the centre of town. In August 38 degree heat even for us (fit couple in 20’s) it was not ideal and would recommend a Vespa or be very aware of the shuttle limitations

The property looks amazing, modern and spacious room. I had two bookings but they kindly upgraded me to double room with sea view for my 3 day stay without extra cost. Breakfast buffet had great selection, there’s a nice lady that makes the coffee and can make you an omelette or scrambled eggs. There’s in house bake goods, good selection of milk, fresh fruits cut up, cold meat slices and cheese. Property offers an amazing view of the coast. I booked the property to relax for the my last few days in Sorrento and I don’t regret it. Actually wished I stayed here for longer.

Wifi drops off a bit. This place is a 20mins walk to the centre down hill haha uphill is another story (expected given the location).

The hotel is as pictured and offered a quiet sanctuary to relax after a busy trip into the center. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Breakfast selection was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of options. To top it all off, the views of Sorrento from the hotel are simply breathtaking. Having breakfast to such stunning scenery each morning made this stay truly memorable.

The air conditioning not cold enough- we mentioned it to reception and they did provide a fan for our room which made it better.

The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean with comfortable beds. There’s a bus stop right outside the property to take you into the centre; the only downside is that the last return is at 6:30pm and taxis are quite expensive. We rented a scooter which one of the ladies on reception helped us organise and it made our trip very enjoyable.

The rooms are not very well sound proofed, you can hear guest in the next room quite clearly. The outside areas are not as shown on the images, we had one rattan sofa without cushions in a small patio area rather than two chairs as shown on the photos. You can ask for an iron from reception but the plugs are not located near the bed so there’s nowhere convenient to iron clothes, could do with an ironing board in the room.

breakfast was average, not many fresh fruit or variety of pastries/breads. The bathroom mat and towels were left wet in the room so we had to reuse them still dump. only shampoo was available, no soap/conditioner/ moisturiser available. They should be more specific regarding charging additional € for late check ins
