The host Giovanni was great, providing clear instructions for check-in/out and a lot of information about Sorrento. The location is a 10/15min walk to the center. The room was spacious for a couple and had access to a nice terrace. The breakfast was typically Italian and was served in a cafe nearby. There is daily cleaning of the rooms, if you want.

You can hear noises from other guests in other rooms. The cleaning could also be done later to avoid noises so early in the day.

Room was great. Clean, large comfy bed, everything we needed. Our balcony faced the hillside/mountain, so we woke up to a great view each morning. Breakfast was a croissant and coffee at a nearby cafe. We never met Giovanni (the host), but he was very available and very helpful with instructions via Whatsapp on how to get into the facility and our room...He also gave great tips on restaurants and site-seeing info. Wifi worked great. Location was excellent, a few blocks from the main activity in Sorrento, so it was quiet and a little off the beaten path, but a short walk to everything you'd want to do/see. We arrived by train and it was about a 5-to-10 minute walk to Sorrento Coast Suites. We already told him that we will be back!

Navigating to the facility was tricky when we first arrived, but after asking directions a couple of times and once we got there, it was seamless. A microwave in the room or in the common area would've been helpful, but again, that will not deter us from staying here again.

The host was very welcoming and always available via WhatsApp for any concerns or help we needed. He also gave us a perfect summary of how to navigate Sorrento :) The property is perfectly located in the centre of Sorrento. Close to all must see sights and just a 15min walk from town (restaurants) and main beaches. There are many supermarkets close by as well as a laundromat which was really good!

House keeping staff noisy in morning..on morning of departure we went out breakfast before check out.. when we came back house keeping had been in room and taken our towels and cups..we wanted to brush teeth and freshen up after breakfast.. check out felt rushed for me when that happened . Bathroom could do with a deep clean.. grotty around sink and plenty of hair on ground

Excellent stay! The host Giovanni was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave clear directions to find the room, and he accommodated us when we needed change for the tourist tax. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was about a 15 minute walk from the center of Sorrento, which was perfectly fine with us because it was more quiet. Safe area. Kitchen was great for heating up our leftovers. Would stay again!

Decent accommodation at a reasonable price. The apartment is located in a residential building in a very safe neighborhood and friendly people. Our luggage was delayed and the owner helped us in coordinating the luggage drop off at the property while we were away for the day trip. Located just 500 meters away from the main square and had a supermarket and cafes just around the corner.

Staff was awesome (Antonio at the front gate and Jessica cleaning the rooms!) as was the host Giovanni! He was always available for help on the area and with the room! Room was nice and cozy for one person and was very clean and organized. Giovanni also was very helpful in advising me on how to use the local ferries to get to Capri. Location was not far from the main city center of Sorrento so easy access to everything. Also the local little cafe used for breakfast was very close and a very nice and active with locals! Highly recommend! :)

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Sorrento! The location is perfect—walking distance to the train station, ferry port, and town centre. The view of the hill is beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The coffee machine and microwave were thoughtful additions. Giovanni is a welcoming host who provided clear instructions and useful tips. Communication with him was easy throughout our stay.

Giovanni contacted me and was very helpful with every request I made. He gave me places to visit and eat. He ordered taxis when I needed them. The customer service was exceptional. The room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. I loved how close it was to the centre of Sorrento.

Everything is great! The host is friendly and helpful, he gives all information I need and even help checking my parcel after we check out from hotel. The room is clean and big enough for two suitcases and the terrace is so huge. The location is convenient for tourist, easily walk to town center and the port. The 24hours laundry is just 2 mins walks. The breakfast is served in a nice cafe nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!!
