Amazing location right in the heart of town. Staff were accommodating and responsive. Walls are a little thin so we could hear our next door neighbours tv clearly (who did have it up very loud).

The room was clean and bright - it had a little fridge stocked with water and pop - it had a single serve coffee maker and the pods were replaced daily - there were croissants and jam replaced daily and we went to the local grocery store to get additional items - requested a corkscrew and within minutes we had one - enjoyed our balcony and the location was very convenient for walking everywhere…

The Sorrento Flower rooms are located in an apartment complex on the second floor. Miguel was great about meeting us and allowing us to check-in early. The room was clean and had good space. The room is located in the pedestrian region of Sorrento so incredibly convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The room was quiet, and we had not problems with check-in and check-out. I would recommend staying at the Sorrento Flower rooms.

This was a rental of an apartment and within this category it was very good. The location in the downtown area was excellent within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops and even a very good grocery supermarket......10 minutes to Piazza Tasso, the centre of the core area of Sorrento.and 10 minutes to the lift to the beach area. Michele, the owner of the apartment was glad to help us in every way.

There was construction on the apartment building which was noisy from 8.30 to 4 pm when most people were out. It was quiet after that. After entering the front door, it was dark and one had to walk quite a few steps to reach the light switch. It should be next to the door, something easily fixed.

The location of this property is fantastic, right in the heart of Sorrento. We especially loved going to the rooftop bar of the flashy hotel on the corner (Bellavista rooftop at the Hotel La Favorita). It’s easy to save a bit of money by staying here and then spending on food and drinks close by. There was some construction around the building while we were there but it never bothered us, they worked within reasonable hours. The rooms had all we needed with enough space and Michele was a great and attentive host.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t fantastic, but it didn’t bother us too much. We could hear people walking around on the floor above us quite late.

Room was very clean and tidy, and our room was serviced everyday and fridge, coffee and toiletries were fully restocked everyday and everything in the fridge was free which was a nice touch. Michele was very attentive and easy to contact if we needed anything. Bed was large and very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the centre of all the restaurants and bars but down a quiet street so it was really easy to get to everything and the beach and seafront were a 5min walk also. Extra marks also for the waterfall shower, perfect in the morning or after a long day in the sun! We would definitely stay again next time we're in Sorrento

The location is fantastic, as you are close to everything and can easily walk around. The highlight of our stay at Flowers Rooms was the attention from Michelle, the owner, who went above and beyond to assist us. He even helped us with our luggage and communicated with our taxi driver to find the best parking spot. He had the thoughtful gesture of providing a "small" breakfast with complimentary snacks in the fridge, which we greatly appreciated. He allowed us to store our luggage beyond the regular check-out time, and we felt well-supported in any recommendations we needed, whether it was for restaurants, pubs, or pizzerias.

The bathroom is not the best. It lacks good ventilation, and the floor gets wet. However, it's a minor detail.

The owner, Michele was nice and communication before and during our stay was very easy with quick response. He helped us with luggage and arranged valet parking. The location was super convenient, just mi utes walking distance from focus areas and the apartment was clean, big and had all we needed during our super quick visit of Sorrento town.

The apartment doesnt have open balcony where you can just enjoy “alfresco dining” example or just sit with coffee or glass of wine in the late evening. But for our one night stay we were just fine as we cruised the city till late evening anyways.

Staff was wonderful and the location was fantastic. The room was comfortable and a great value. They will arrange a car parking service and come to help with the bags, but definitely communicate with them and plan your arrival.

There was work being done on the exterior so that was ugly and unappealing but we stayed in the off season and it was projected to be finished soon. There isn't parking that is convenient and you can't even actually drive up to it technically. But they did arrange a car parking service and came to help us with our bags, so, negative to a positive.

Michele was amazing. He gave us excellent directions and met us at the property. He gave us great advice and answered all questions. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment for 4 days, while we travelled - this was amazing and very accomodating. The location was amazing, right in the old town and walking distance to everything. Easy access to the Marina and train. we would certainly stay here again.

The room was a bit small for 3 people, but the beds were really comfortable and we were only there to sleep. It worked out fine for us.
